It is precisely because this is visible to the whole world that we need to point out evil for what it is.
And regarding speaking ill of the dead…
When I die, if my loved ones need to speak of the evils I have done in order to warn others, then let them shout my sins from the rooftops!
What utter nonsense to think that we should not call out evil by name just because a person involved with it has passed!
And yes, absolutely we should pray and maintain hope for those who have died.
