Update: Second interview completed but the company decided not to proceed with his candidacy. It all just feels like one kick in the teeth after another. I wish I knew what the Lord is up to in all of this. Please keep praying for our situation. You all are in my prayers also.

I have been where your husband is, and I add my prayers for him in his situation. It is very stressful to be in this place. The time I spent in prayer, especially in adoration, kept me from depression and helpe me cope. God be with you both in this situation and may his manager’s heart be softened by prayers of compassion and love.

Feeling low about DH’s situation today. In addition to the failed interview, he has his “30 day review” of his Performance Improvement Plan.” I’m afraid for him, for us and our future. It’s also making it hard to concentrate at my own job and I’m concerned about making errors there. Please keep praying, CAF friends. I’m still so sick and worried about all of this. It hangs over my head like a cloud most every day, no matter how much I try not to let it bother me. I feel like tomorrow will be “do or die” for my husband. He’s killed himself the last 30+ days trying to work extra hard so they won’t possibly have anything to complain about or twist to make him look bad. Please pray his boss will have a softening of her heart and treat him fairly. Thank you all. Good St. Joseph pray for us.
