O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Praying for DH as he prepares for his job interview on Monday. Seeking the assistance of his Guardian Angel to confer with the Guardian Angels of his interviewers for a smooth and successful meeting.

Asking the Holy Spirit’s mighty assistance so that DH can answer every question competently and confidently. May DH be granted perfect wisdom in addressing any concerns that should arise regarding his candidacy. May this same wisdom be given to his interviewers so they will assess him fairly and wholly based on his ability to do the job. Praying fervently that they see him as the good man and capable, dependable employee he is, regardless of his current employment status.

If it is not God’s will for DH to have this job, may we continue praising God as we seek His comfort for our disappointment. As He wills it, asking the Lord to lead DH to the proper people and places to find meaningful employment where he is treated with dignity and respect. Through the intercession of the Blessed Mother and St. Joseph, patron saint of workers, I ask this of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Praying fervently for my husband’s success during his job interview tomorrow. Pleading with Jesus that his three interviewers see him in the correct light. He is fully qualified for this position and can do this job well; he simply needs the opportunity to do so. May Our Lord ease any reservations his interviewers have and block any impediment to a job offer, particularly in light of his current unemployment.

If it is not God’s will that DH have this job, I ask
that He soothe our heavy hearts and shield us from despair.

May DH and I both continue working to forgive his former boss who treated him so terribly. I ask the Lord to bless her; please heal her of the sickness in her heart that makes her behave with such cruelty and disregard for others.

No matter the outcome from tomorrow, may we proceed in faith as we wait for the Lord to open up the right opportunity. In Jesus’ Name, I pray.

Praising Jesus and thanking His Mother, St. Joseph, the other saints and all here on CAF who have interceded on DH’s behalf. He said his interview went well and they seemed impressed with his credentials. Just waiting to hear if he makes it to the next step. May we continue trusting and praising Him, no matter the outcome.

I am definitely praying that God Blesses your husband and your family with strength, perseverance, and great news. I pray that God Blesses your husband with a job that he can serve God with while still assisting financially to support your family
