Exactly! Priests are useful for spiritual guidance, but a lot of times, people have their own issues that seeped into their spiritual lives.

I can’t diagnose OP with anything, I’m just seeing an issue that a professional should address.
 
You don’t have to think of marriage or engagement now. Just focus on how merciful our Lord Jesus Christ, and that he is waiting for you with open arms to pray much, go to Mass and confession regularly , and LET HIM LOVE YOU, AND YOU LOVE HIM BACK!

In so doing you will be increasing the light of grace in the Body of Christ…The Church!
