"They have finally arrived!

Planned Parenthood is proud to offer yet another t-shirt in our new social fashion line: “I Had an Abortion” fitted T-shirts are now available. These soft and comfortable fitted tees assert a powerful message in support of women’s rights."

Does anybody find it ironic that a group called “Planned Parenthood” would produce a T-shirt sponsoring the unfortunate outcome of what is usually an unplanned pregnancy?

Perhaps we should counter with a T-shirt carrying the message:

“Your mother didn’t have an abortion”

John.

It was only a matter of time before the priesthood of the sacrament of evil dropped the charade of caring and has moved on to boasting.

Here’s how much this world has changed:

In times of old…“ye olde tymes”

Women would have to wear the Scarlet “A” on their clothing if commited Adultry…this," I had an Abortion" shirt for ME fits into that old scheme…as a sign of PUBLIC SHAME and old archaic church penance…today however…what SHOULD BE considered a shameful act, is now a badge worn proudly to show one is proud to commit MURDER, and offer blood sacrifce to the Devil himself.

People ask what exactly is the “Mark of the Beast”? Well here it is… it has its very own T-Shirt.

I would HOPE that no woman would even think about wearing this… 😦

As my wife said…

“Does it say ‘I’m a murderer’ on the back?”

I used to wonder if Planned Parenthood was really just in the abortion business for all the money they make from murdering children…now I am not wondering any more.

or how about a picture of an Aborted Baby if they are so proud to wear it.

are you serious? that is just terrible…i just can’t believe that they would make something like that…my goodness what is the world coming to…thats sad…truly sad

Sometimes good comes from evil. The good I see from this is the Pro-Aborts will identify themselves from wearing the t-shirts.

We will now know who to pray for, who to talk to stating the real facts about life and abortion & this will in turn help to change the hearts of Americans so practically everyone will be Pro-Life in the near future.

That is so bizarre. How about one that says "I shot my parents’. It would make about as much sense.

Somehow I have a problem with this being reall…hope its just one of those interent hoaxes. I don’t want this one to be true!

I heard about this on the radio…Couldn’t believe it…Who could be proud of such a thing? It makes me sick…

Would that it wasn’t true. Unfortunately it is 😦

I hope the makers and proud wearers continue to wear the shirts come judgement day…

Yes, a bad thing to wish, but its true.

They might as well have one that also says “I Murdered my baby” would they be so proud to do that?? I don’t think so.
How bout " I’m following the devil?" Sick, very, very, sick, If I came across someone wearing a shirt like this, I honestly don’t know what I would do or how I would hold back my emotions, I think I would have to turn and walk away and hold my children even closer to me. What is this world coming to? So sad. 😦

It really is not about what the world is coming to - it is about what the world is. Moral relatvisim (which I think really should be re-termed ME-ism) has a stranglehold. It will take many years of many Christians arming themselves with knowledge and standing for Jesus Christ to start making changes person by person.

However, the Catholic Church and Christian community has opportunity here. The t-shirt is rather vague - it merely states fact but no position is taken on remorse or promotion. We could come out with our own t-shirt that clarifies the saving message of Christ’s death on the cross:

Front:
“I had an abortion. I’m sorry. I went to confession.”

Back:
“I’m free from my sin. Jesus loves me. Receive His love.”

(Anonymous wipes a tear.) I am embarrassed for the human race yet again.

What about those who have had multiple abortions? Can they order shirts that read, “I’ve have three abortions.”? I suppose that’s next. I mean, if it’s going to be a status symbol, why not?

Can you buy them at PP locations also?
I bought a t-shirt at an amusement park last week. It appears PP considers an afternoon in their clinic equivalent.

Honestly I would think no one in their right mind would actually wear such a thing.

The Silent No More organization sells t-shirts that say “I Regret My Abortion”, which would be the prolife equivelant of the PP shirt.

I think the PP shirt is awful, but I don’t think the point is to brag - the point is to remove the stigma. It is, in spirit, anyway, similar to the SNM shirt.

I am not a fan of PP at all and I hope I never see anyone wearing that shirt (I doubt anyone would outside of a rally or march), but I don’t think we should assign a motivation to it that isn’t there.

Also, if we support organizations such as SNM and applaud their efforts to spread their message through shirts and bumper stickers, then we can hardly reel in shock when PP does the same thing. That’s a bit hypocritical.

Personally, I’m not crazy about the slogans, shirts, bumper stickers and signs. I think they just antagonize and polarize people and then we all lose sight of the victims of abortion on demand - all the victims - the men, the women, the unborn, and, yes, even the abortionists and their assistants.

It’s time to stop fighting and debating and to start listening to each other instead. Many Americans who call themselves prochoice are really more prolife than they openly admit. If we can talk rationally without accusation and without throwing around emotionally charged words like “murderers”, we prolifers can probably make more headway, certainly in the areas in which we agree, like preventing situations in which abortion seems the only option.

It’s just a t-shirt at the end of the day, and one very few people will wear. Giving it this much attention is giving PP exactly what they want in the first place - now they can snicker at all the prolifers getting their panties in a twist over their tacky little shirt, and back and forth we go…sigh…

Maybe every prolifer who sees that shirt should take the price of it and donate it or the equivelant amount of goods to their local crisis pregnancy center in protest instead of just going all over snarky about it. :~/

Why does the term, “Tar and feather” suddenly come to mind? …Yeah, I know that’s evil, but I cant believe that Planned Parenthood has finally stooped to the lowest common denominator.

The Pro-Choice people on my campus dont call pre-born babies fetuses, but, “pregnancy tissue.” How demeaning.

I think we should all wear shirts that say “Women deserve better than abortion.”
