It’s an easy read. It takes really creative minds to make this fit thier theology and if it gets too tough, they can always change it to mean something else.

“I will”- Jesus has not yet given the disciples the Keys. And there are 2 things being spoken of here the Keys of Heaven and the binding and loosing of “whatever”.
I find it interesting that the binding and loosing is of whatever- not whoever?
There must be 2 disciples in agreement for the binding and loosing to work

Indispuitably Jesus 1. Just founded a new religion [SINGULAR] Church [SINGULAR] a placed Peter in charge of it.
SO DID THE APOSTLES and deciples understand what just happened?
OBVIOUSLY YES! "**Eph. 2:19 **“So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, [singular] built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure is joined together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord; [singular] in whom you also are built into it for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.”
Going back to define specific terms:
Keys to “the kingdom of heaven.” 1. First by using plural “keys” not " "key"we are aware that according to God thre are more than one action required for salvation. Nevertheless, ALL OF THE KEYS are given to Peter and His new Church. [Examples the 10 Commandments, Baptism, Confession of sins.]

Even today Jerusalem is a walled in “fortified city” with actual gates and keys. This was the norm for major cites of the erea. Each such kingdom had a seperate king who had one person “the keeper of the keys,” often called the “Prime Minister” who with the “power of the keys” was given total anonomous control to make and inforce laws as he, the [PM] handled all day to day operations and decisions, made and enforced laws of governance, and answered ONLY to the King Himself.***
The terms “bind” and “loose” were so common as to be inforceable in Jewish courts of Law, and were clearly understood BY ALL as power of complete atonomous governance of "the kingdom."

No where does the bible talk about “two” being necessary to bind or loose.

The reason for this is that Jesus gives COMPLETE and total authority for Governance of His new [SINGULAR] Church, which LOGICALLY MUST INCLUDE not just making laws BUT also being able to enforce them as did the role model Prime Ministrs." So THINGS and PEOPLE fall under this authority given by Christ to Peter.
I can also support the primacy of Peter Biblically.
