I have trouble with prayer

Hello greetings how are you everyone?

Also i have an question about prayer even so i asked already but this time is some trouble i have with my prayer

Here is the detail i want to explain and that is when i pray i get stuck while in prayer and its really frustrating i really hope there s someone whu compassionate with me and want to understand my struggles

That s why i whould aprishiate to know if enyone here to have such problem how do you handle that what i can do about this?

Is here someone from Croatia also whu can explain in Croatian language so we can understand each other and talk about prayer more and please no link to books or youtube videos please with your own words explain from your life experience thank you

and last thing what i noticed how is that done when we want to play for priest etc do we need to say in prayer i pray for priest or someone then say lord s prayer 3 or 4 times or hail marry? because its conffusing for me to understand this

The Lord knows your intentions even before you pray. He knows your every thought. Some people can do many Our Father’s and Hail Mary’s with no problem, while others like me lose focus easily. I think we all have our own way of communicating with the Lord. Love Him with all your heart, soul, and mind and He will take care of all your needs.
 
I understand and thank you for telling me and i know that but ok

and i whould like to ask you when we pray for someone do i need to tell in prayer lord i will pray lord s prayer for someone or hail mary etc? i know its awkward but just need to understand this what confuses me please help me here
 
Hello Sebo! 🙂

I think for me, it’s helpful to make a special time each week to go to look at the Eucharist in the blessed sacrament chapel and just be silent. I try to be silent and let my heart be soft. I try to think about Jesus dying on the crucifix. I pray to love Him with all of my heart. I wish I would remember to be more silent with Him every day. God bless you and be with you always. I think it’s also helpful to read Saint’s diaries of interior locutions. Saint Faustina’s and Saint Catherine of Sienna have very good diaries. Just read a page at a time.

You don’t need to worry so much. A simple loving thought, a little prayer for the well-being of a soul is of immense worth. Yes, a Hail Mary for the intention is powerful. Do not stop doing this. The devil would like you to believe otherwise.
 
Prayer is simply talking to God. Tell Him about your day. Tell Him you love Him ❤️ Thank Him for your blessings. Ask him to pour down His grace and blessing and healing to you and your friends and family.
Simple 🙂
 
Well that s very interesting to learn thanks for sharing it with me and i will do that indeed also i never prayed before in chapel as you see i have social anxiety so its bit hard to go much i baerly found couarge to go to church and now this ugh

I just talk to God “Lord, I am praying for Joe and Sally, for that lady I saw on the street, for everyone who is alone today”

When I drive by a hospital I pray “Lord, please comfort everyone inside that hospital!”

Prayer is not difficult, you are talking to your Father.

In other words, we ask God to bless, that means to give good things to our loved ones.

whould it be good to say it in real time blessing for person close or its best to say it in quiet in prayer?
 
Wow interesting that s nice to hear sadly because of diffrend language its hard but even my Croatian is rusty so english is a bit hard but i am learning and its good to learn more words
 
I don’t think it matters.
God isn’t going to withhold His blessing because you prayed at the “wrong” time.

I think it’s important for you to gather some courage and go to confession and then to mass, because it seems right now like the devil has a stronghold in your fear. If you go to confession, he will lose his voice. Place Jesus first and gather the courage of the martyrs. You must begin to reach out, and I’m glad you did, here. People are silly and frail little creatures, you need to love them and work on your fears. Please don’t let them keep you from the calling of your heart, from Jesus’s love.

I understand and i already did that more that once i even tough of going more times to conffesion for month as well and i think i noticed some progress in change from my previus life how i lived and some issues with fear even so fear still stays that doesnt mean its complete stoped but it goes little by little

yet i can tell you that for some reason afther some long time prayer it saved me a bit from depression and fear i do still have a bit fear when it gets me yet i can tell you this

When i prayed for some time and asked our lord to help me with fear and anxiety i had some toughs i whould never think off neither i thinked to do something much about it even so i did here and there but this is just one step further from trying

I can shure tell you that this is an great progress for me and i am thankfull to our lord for that gift he gave me i mean really if i keept doing what i do and not pray i still whould be lost in loop as i currently here and there do but this is diffrend story and you know what else?

Its that afther time of prayer as i said before helped me understand that nothing is impossible to him because this tough i talked about before made me understand how valuable i am even in my tough i feel like someone talks in my mind and tell s me nice how i am loved and that i dont need to worry and fear because he s here with me

and for last part of my testimony i know its a bit long but worth to understand i want you to know if you are interested that withoud all this i just told you gived me great understanding how my mind completly changed from previus thinking and life and gived me couarge to example go out in nature around people going to church my mind aka concincate made me go to conffesion and so little my little i am getting of that fear

Wasn’t sure what you meant when you said you get stick in prayer–maybe you could explain more what happens?
