Glorious Archangel Saint Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the medicine of God, I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favour to aid Holly3278 with her health and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Our Father. Hail Mary. Glory Be.

St. Raphael, of the glorious seven who stand before the throne of Him who lives and reigns, Angel of health, the Lord has filled your hand with balm from heaven to soothe or cure our pains. Heal or cure the victim of disease. And guide our steps when doubtful of our ways.

Hey everyone. I’ve been back from church for a long while now… probably for over an hour. Fr. Ray heard my Confession and gave me the Anointing of the Sick.

Anyway, I am having some mild to moderate back pain and a bad stomach ache. I am taking some generic alka seltzer right now for the stomach ache. I also seem to be getting another ear ache.

Anyway, thank you all very much for your prayers. I really appreciate them.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled unto thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided.

Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins, my Mother;
to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.

O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Amen.

Thank you for your prayers. They helped. I am no longer having anywhere near as much pain as I was having. My pain level is at a 3 or a 4 right now which is quite good. It is definitely tolerable.

In other news, the lesion on my breast does seem to be healing. Its no longer open but it does look like it might possibly be infected. Either that or it just looks that way because its trying to heal.

Anyway, I could really use prayers that my faith would be strengthened. I’ve been having doubts lately and I really wish they’d go away. I am staying true to the Catholic Church and always will but I really need prayers for my faith to be strengthened.

Saint Kateri, please intercede for Holly that God may heal her and grant her the graces to endure any suffering in a way that glorifies His holy name.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hello everyone. I am feeling alright today but I still have that cough. I am not sure if it is getting any better or not but I think it might be.

The main thing that is bothering me today is that I am depressed. On my Catholic Apologetics page on Facebook I have had a lot of trolls lately which I have had to delete their vile comments and ban them. In addition to this one of my neighbors has been rather cruel to me today for reasons that I cannot help. I did not do anything against him but he is still being rather cruel to me in his words. I have forgiven all the people who have offended me or hurt me but anyway.

I am heading off for a road trip which takes about 1 hour to get there and back. Please pray that the drive is safe. Thank you.

First of all, I want to thank you all for your prayers. I feel like I have not thanked you enough for them or that I don’t know how to thank you enough. I am very appreciative of your prayers and I wish that there was a way that I could better show this.

That said, the only thing that is bothering me tonight is my leg. My left leg from my knee down to my big toe is hurting rather badly. I did take some pain medicine but it has not yet had time to take effect. It started out in my big toe and then spread up to my knee. I hope it doesn’t go any further up my leg.

As for that lesion, it is healing. It is no longer an open wound and although it looks kind of nasty it does appear to be healing.

@Holly3278: You don’t have to thank me at all, the fact that your are doing better is what matters to me. 🙂

Hey everyone. I went to my pain management doctor today for my regular visit. This is the doctor who prescribes my pain medicine and my Lyrica as well which is a medication used to prevent my fibro flares which are simply flare ups of pain of my Fibromyalgia. Anyway, he increased the dosage on my Lyrica to something that is more of a standard dose for those with Fibromyalgia. He thinks this will help. I think it will too as I have taken Lyrica for a couple of years now and it does help but it didn’t quite help enough so I think an increased dose will fix that.

I have a new pain doctor. I won’t say his name but he is very nice. The previous one was from India and because of his accent I had a very difficult time understanding him. Don’t get me wrong, I am not racist by any means but simply because I could not understand him speaking very well I am loving the fact that I have a new doctor. Besides that, this new doctor seems to be much more kind and willing to spend time with you which I really like. He’s an American and so I can easily understand him. 😛

That said, I am in pain again tonight but not as bad I was earlier today when I got home from the doctor. I was having severe pain in my legs earlier due to a “fibro flare”. I took my pain medicine and that did help thankfully. However, I also had a sinus headache and while it has alleviated, it is still there. I have been having a lot of congestion lately. I think I need to go back to the doctor for a new antibiotic.

The lesion on my breast does seem to be continuing to heal. I am quite thankful for that. I am hoping and praying that I don’t end up with breast cancer. My doctor was concerned about that. As of right now its only a case of Cellulitis which is an infection of the skin.

Well anyway, I thank you for your prayers and I would appreciate continued prayers. Thank you very much.

Thank you for the update Holly. I am glad you like your new doctor and that he has adjusted the medication for you. I pray this will ease your suffering.

Mother Mary, St. Joseph, St. Dymphna, please intercede for Holly. Please ask our Lord to send angels to relieve Holly’s depression and physical pain and help her to endure her sufferings. Please ask him to fill her with his healing light and love. Please ask him to guide the doctors who are treating her. Amen.
