Hey everyone. I am feeling rather puny this morning. I am really wanting to go to Mass but I don’t feel like I should go with the way that I feel right now. Thankfully there are several more hours left between now and the time for Mass here in town. Please pray that I feel well enough by then to go to Mass. Thanks!
I don’t know if this idea helps or not, but if you feel well enough that you possibly can somehow make yourself get around and go to Mass, you might actually feel better just for doing so. Sometimes when I feel lonely or down and get wrapped up in my own aches and pains or illnesses–which I admit I do because I walk with a cane now and am pretty much disabled with my knees— just getting out and around other people is helpful to me and I start to feel better and less unhappy about whatever is bothering me as I consider what others have to deal with that is always even worse than my own little issues when I honestly make myself compare! And going to Mass and communion always improves my spirits, does it work that way for you too? Anyway, just a positive thought sent your way and God bless you!

Continuing to pray for you Holly. May the Holy Mother wrap you in her loving arms and comfort you in these trials.

Mother Mary, St. Joseph, St. Dymphna, please intercede for Holly. Please ask our Lord to send angels to comfort Holly and ease the pain and physical, emotional, and spiritual problems she is dealing with at this time. Please ask him to give her strength and courage and fill her with his healing light and love. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God,
Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven.
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
Amen.

St. Michael the archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him we humbly pray.
And do thou oh Prince of the heavenly host.
By the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen

Yes, going to Mass does help me feel better in an emotional way and since that lowers my stress levels I think it has an effect on my physical health as well.

Anyway, I have another health issue I really could use prayers for. My eyes are extremely dry this morning. I have had to put the lubricating eye drops in my eyes 3 times within 10 minutes and my left eye is still irritated. My left eye is the one with the blood vessels forming the red spot. I think perhaps that the red spot is not healing and so they are going to have to put me on steroid eye drops at my followup appointment this Friday. 😦 I did look at my eye and the spot is still there although its changed. Instead of a bunch of tiny red blood vessels there is mostly just this one single blood vessel that is larger than the smaller ones I had before. The larger blood vessel is quite red. I am really worried about it, especially considering the irritation I am having. Please pray that my eye issue goes away soon.

Hi everyone. I am sad because I am going to have to stay home from Mass today. My eyes are bothering me so bad that I am afraid to drive. My asthma is also acting up to the point where I don’t think I could take part in Mass. In addition, I still have the sinus infection which is bothering me. I really wanted to go to Mass today but I think the prudent thing to do would be to stay home because of my illnesses. I would appreciate prayers that my spirits would be lifted up soon. I hate missing Mass. 😦

Hey everyone. I just got back from Mass and Walmart because I had to pick up some necessary items.

Anyway, my legs and feet are really hurting. My throat and ears are bothering me too. I am going to take some medicine here in a minute that will hopefully ease my suffering. I’d appreciate your prayers.

Hi everyone. I need more prayers. I am in severe pain this morning. My neck is hurting a lot. Its because of my Fibromyalgia.

As for my cold and my eyes, they’re not bothering me much. My cold is bothering me more than my eyes are though.

Glorious Archangel Saint Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the medicine of God, I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favour to aid Holly3278 with her health and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Our Father. Hail Mary. Glory Be.

St. Raphael, of the glorious seven who stand before the throne of Him who lives and reigns, Angel of health, the Lord has filled your hand with balm from heaven to soothe or cure our pains. Heal or cure the victim of disease. And guide our steps when doubtful of our ways.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning is now ever shall be world without end
Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our safe-guard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Hey everyone. Thank you for your prayers. I really appreciate them.

That said, my cold or sinus infection is still bothering me. I am still taking antibiotics for it but it doesn’t seem to be going away. I think I should call my doctor for a followup to see if I need to be on a new antibiotic. I feel slightly better than what I did when I started taking the antibiotics but for the most part, my sinus infection seems to be sticking around.

Also, I am having some pain in my shoulders and in my left arm today. I would appreciate prayers for relief.

And last but not least, my eyes are still bothering me as well. I think my eye condition is getting better but they have been rather irritated and dry lately. Please pray for continued healing of my eye issues.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the prayers.

I’m in a lot of pain today so I would greatly appreciate prayers.

Hey everyone. I now have a headache and chills in addition to the whole body pain that I had earlier. I took my pain medicine and then took a nap but I’m still quite achy in addition to the chills and headache. 😦

Holy Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,

by the Power of God,
thrust down to hell, satan and all the wicked spirits,
who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
