I am a mentally disabled guy, I’m normal, weird, Ill and healthy, here and there. I’ve been on Medicare and SSDI and SSI since I was in high school.

So 17-18 years old.

I was born with Schizoaffective
Which is the medical term for Schizophrenia and either severe depression or Bi Polar…

I don’t know what to call my mood disorder…I don’t want to live some days, and sleep my life away…like I’m bedridden, or physically disabled.

There are handicapped and physically disabled folks that do more work around the house, exercise, and more than I do, I’ve seen a firefighter who lost his arm use on a tv show, American pickers, and he was on some kind of crutches that helped his arms move, but he could walk…

Guy plays wheelchair basketball, and he even said I do more than most able-bodies people.

I don’t want to live idle handed and idle minded no more…

I want to landscape, which I did get a job doing but I quit 2 hours into it because of my lack of work history, my resumè is super short.

But long enough…

But I quit that job after about 2 hours because I was so weak, mentally and physically…

I have to make better choices, quit smoking, no drugs or alcohol, nothing that the evil one uses to weaken our human spirits in this life, and it’s minions that loved to work on me and cause voices, PTSD memories, and living in the past.

I’m trying to find a therapist, I am the only person in Rhode Island on Zyprexa Relprevv, gaurenteed!!!

It’s a special program I’m in with my dr, who’s not a psychiatrist, like I’ve seen for 25 years. It’s a medical clinic, and they give me my injection because they’re new to RI, they have clinics in other states. but luckily Blue Cross told me bout them…cause not even mental heath clinics in my state, will do it,

The Protocol is I need to be watched over for three hours after each shot, which I’ve been on for 3 years up until this year when they stopped taking Medicare insurance only commercial insurance,

It was good while it lasted there, and I’m doing all I can all I have the power to do…God helps those who help themselves, and nobody can help me if I don’t do my part.

In September I reStarted the Schizophrenia shot.

It is all I can tolerate, my body doesn’t like the instant Injectables the hospitals mental health clinic offers…and on top of that…

It’s not good for me, maybe for someone else. But not me.

Only side effect, if you’ve ever heard of Zyprexa, by the pill, is I gain a lot of weight!!!

And I can’t lose it.

I have to go to the gym, which I pay for but never used…

And begin to eat healthy…

I’m just very weak, very mentally ill, and just need help to get to that point where I can work…and whether I take this drug by shot, by pill, or any other anti Psychotic medicine…

They all make you fatter…

That slows me down.

It makes me depressed about what I look like and produces lower than low self esteem.

Latuda is a televised commercial drugs took once,it almoat killed me, but it also made me lose all the weight I gained from Zyprexa or Seroequel or whatever I was taking by pill at that time. I felt great about myself, was able to walk around with my shirt off, but now I feel like I always have…

I wish Kevin Trudeaus natural cures and weight loss cures they don’t want you to know about books were the truth. But he’s a scammer in jail for being a bulls#%T artist, he could sell ice to eskimos…

There’s nothing really Drs, Nurses,Medicine, alcohol or drugs or anything that’s going to help me, if I don’t put in work, PRAYER is my number 1 priority, being close to The Good Lord and His Mom.

And St Anthony…

I need a f#}%*+ng wife, I’m so sick of the lofe I’ve lived. And so is everyone else.

Things are going my way.

But I need work, and as Pope Francis said he likes this prayer by St Thomas More

He said that at the very end of Pope Francis documentary on NetFlix…called A Man of His Word.

Prayer for Good Humor

by St. Thomas More

Grant me, O Lord, good digestion, and also something to digest.

Grant me a healthy body, and the necessary good humor to maintain it.

Grant me a simple soul that knows to treasure all that is good

and that doesn’t frighten easily at the sight of evil,

but rather finds the means to put things back in their place.

Give me a soul that knows not boredom, grumblings, sighs and laments,

nor excess of stress, because of that obstructing thing called “I.”

Grant me, O Lord, a sense of good humor.

Allow me the grace to be able to take a joke to discover in life a bit of joy,

and to be able to share it with others.

Amen

I’m sick of being under Uncle Sam and Aunt Samantha telling me what I can earn, and I’m sick of being sick, it’s tough.

But some people have it worse. It could always be worse.

I wanna landscape.

I need to be outside laboring, not inside.

Thank You!!

Love My Catholic Family on here. The Family under the protection of The Holy Family.

K…

Thanks for listening…reading…

God Bless You and All Yours This Christmas and New Year.

Later Guys.

Much Love

Be Good

Be Blessed as I hope I will be more of soon, life is short.

Pope Francis prays it daily

During his address to the Roman Curia on the occasion of the presentation of Christmas greetings, Pope Francis affirmed, “A bit of good humor is very good for us! It will do us much good to pray St. Thomas More’s prayer frequently: I pray it every day, and it helps me.”

Here is the text of the prayer:

God, our Father,
I turn to you seeking your divine help and guidance as I look for suitable employment.
I need your wisdom to guide my footsteps along the right path, and to lead me to find the proper things to say and do in this quest.
I wish to use the gifts and talents you have given me, but I need the opportunity to do so with gainful employment.
Do not abandon me, dear Father, in this search, but rather grant me this favor I seek so that I may return to you with praise and thanksgiving for your gracious assistance.
Grant this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Prayers for you TrueBlue

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Thank YouKatherine

Heavenly Father,
you have given us the model of life
in the Holy Family of Nazareth.
Help us, O Loving Father,
to make our family another Nazareth
where love, peace and joy reign.
May it be deeply contemplative,
intensely eucharistic,
revived with joy.

Help us to stay together in joy
and sorrow in family prayer.
Teach us to see Jesus in the members of our families,
especially in their distressing disguise.
May the eucharistic heart of Jesus
make our hearts humble like his
and help us to carry out our family duties
in a holy way.
May we love one another
as God loves each one of us,
more and more each day,
and forgive each other’s faults
as you forgive our sins.
Help us, O Loving Father,
to take whatever you give
and give whatever you take with a big smile.

Immaculate Heart of Mary,
cause of our joy, pray for us.

St. Joseph, pray for us.

Holy Guardian Angels,
be always with us,
guide and protect us.

Amen.

One away from US. And never let it off it’s leash.

Lord Jesus, be with my family. Grant us Your peace and harmony, an end to conflict and division. Gift us with compassion to better understand each other, wisdom and love to assist each other, and trust and patience to live peacefully together. Grant that through the intercession of your mother, Mary, and St. Joseph, our family may become a holy family accepting each other, working together in unity, selflessly dedicated to one other and to You. Amen.

Prayer for a family

God made us family
We need one another
We love one another
We forgive one another
We work together
We play together
We worship together
Together we use God’s word
Together we love all people
Together we serve our God
Together we hope for heaven
These are our hopes and ideals
Help us to attain them
O God, through Jesus Christ our Lord

St. Dymphna Prayer…
Lord God, Who has graciously chosen Saint Dymphna to be the patroness of those afflicted with mental and nervous disorders, and has caused her to be an inspiration and a symbol of charity to the thousands who invoke her intercession, grant through the prayers of this pure, youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all who suffer from these disturbances, and especially to those for whom we now pray.
(Here mention those for whom you wish to pray.)

We beg You to accept and grant the prayers of Saint Dymphna on our behalf. Grant to those we have particularly recommended patience in their sufferings and resignation to Your Divine Will. Fill them with hope and, if it is according to Your Divine Plan, bestow upon them the cure they so earnestly desire. Grant this through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

NOVENA TO ST. DYMPHNA
(pray for 9 days or 9 hours straight)

St. Dymphna, a great wonder worker in every affliction of mind and body, I humbly implore your powerful intercession with Jesus through Mary, the Health of the Sick.

You are filled with love and compassion for the thousands of patients brought to your shrine for centuries and for those who cannot come to your shrine but invoke you in their homes or in hospitals. Show the same love and compassion toward me, your faithful client. The many miracles you have wrought through your intercession give me great confidence that you will help me in my present need. (state your specific request or intention here!)

I am confident of obtaining my request, if it is for the greater glory of God and the good of my soul. For the sake of Jesus and Mary, whom you loved so earnestly, and for whom you offered your life in martyrdom, grant my prayer.

St. Dymphna, young and beautiful, innocent and pure, help me to imitate your love of purity. You chose to be martyred by your own fathers sword rather than consent to sin. Give me strength and courage in fighting off the temptations of the world and evil desires.

As you have given all the love of your heart to Jesus, help me to love God with my whole heart and serve Him faithfully. As you bore the persecution of your father and the sufferings of an exile so patiently, obtain for me the patience I need to accept the trials of my life with loving resignation to the will of God.

St. Dymphna, through your glorious martyrdom for the love of Christ, help me to be loyal to my faith and my God as long as I live. And when my hour of death comes, stand at my side and pray for me that I may at last merit the eternal crown of glory in God’s Kingdom.

Good St. Dymphna, I beg you to recommend my request to Mary, the Health of the Sick, and Comforter of the Afflicted, that both of you may present it to Jesus, the Divine Physician.

O God, You gave St. Dymphna to Your Church as a model of all virtues, especially holy purity, and willed that she should seal her faith with her innocent blood and perform numerous miracles. Grant that we who honor her as patroness of those afflicted with nervous and mental illness may continue to enjoy her powerful intercession and protection and attain eternal life. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Nine Prayers to Saint Dymphna

Faith
Dear Saint Dymphna, you gave us an example in your own life of firm faith. Neither flattery, earthly rewards nor the threat of death caused you to waver in your fidelity to God. Please help us then, amid the uncertainties of life, to imitate your wholehearted dedication to Christ. Be good enough to come to our aid in our need, and pray for us to God. Amen.

Hope
Good Saint Dymphna, you placed all your hope in Christ’s promises, and sacrificed even your life in that hope. The Lord, God, rewarded your constancy by making your name known and loved over many centuries by the thousands whom you have aided in time of difficulty. Please assist us now in our present necessity, and intercede before God for our intentions. Obtain for us a firm hope like your own in God’s unfailing protection. Amen.

Charity
You are celebrated Saint Dymphna, for your goodness to others. Both in your lifetime, and even more in the ages since, you have again and again demonstrated your concern for those who are mentally disturbed or emotionally troubled. Kindly secure for me, then, some measure of your own serene love, and ask our Lord to give us a share in His life and boundless charity. Amen.

Prudence
You were marked in life, Saint Dymphna, by a high degree of prudence. You sought and followed the advice of your confessor and spiritual guide. You fled from temptation even when it meant exile and poverty. In your last extremity you chose to die rather than offend God. Please help us now by your merits not only to know what is right, but procure for us also the strength to do it. Amen.

Justice
Admirable Saint Dymphna, how just you were to all whom you encountered, and how careful you were to give every person his due, and more than he might desire or expect. By your power with God please come to assist us to be just to all we meet, and even to be generous in giving everyone more than strict justice requires. Amen.

Temperance
Generous Saint Dymphna, like all Christ’s martyrs you gained this crowning grace because you prepared for it by a life of self denial. By faithfulness in smaller things you were ready for your final trial. Please teach us by your example and help to use the good things of life so that we may not miss our chance for life eternal. Help us, too, to watch and pray for ourselves and others. Amen.

Fortitude
Courageous Saint Dymphna, your strength was from God. His grace enabled you to resist evil, and to prefer exile to a life of sinful luxury. Christ’s own power preserved you faithful to Him in life and in death. In your kindness help us to imitate your example in little things, and gain for us fortitude to bear with the misfortunes we meet, and strength to overcome our weakness. Amen.

Chastity
Most pure virgin, Saint Dymphna, we live at a time when many are intent on satisfying every carnal appetite. Your single-minded dedication to Christ alone is providential and inspiring. Please help us by your power with God to see life in proportion as you did. With your aid we propose to perform all our actions for a pure motive, and promptly to resist all our evil inclinations. Amen.

Perseverance
Most faithful Saint Dymphna, you remained true to your baptismal promises to the very end. You are, therefore, honored, known, and loved after 1,400 years by people you have aided all over the world. We do not know how long or short a time is left to us of this life here, but help us in any case to be faithful to God to the end. Please gain for us the grace to live one day at a time as if each were to be our last. Amen.

A Prayer for Hope and Peace

Heavenly father, I am your humble servant,
I come before you today in need of hope.
I need hope for a calm and joyful future.
I need hope for love and kindness.
I pray for peace and safety.
Some say that the sky is at its
darkest just before the light.
I pray that this is true, for today seems stormy and dim.
I need your light, Lord, in every way.
I pray to be filled with your light.
Help me to walk in your light, and live
my life in faith and service.
In your name I pray, Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer to St. Joseph for the Unemployed

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Praying for you.
