In all seriousness some saints and mystics have been able to discern between blessed and unblessed items and probably water too. Not an uncommon ability.
Its not a sin to practice the Catholic faith, regardless of what civil law suggests. In England, for a considerable period starting in Elizabethan times, celebrating Mass was illegal, and they weren’t sinning by doing so.Would you still use it, knowing it’s a sin?
