The little Lutheran church here in West Seattle probably uses the same liturgy. I think it’s a good reminder as well.

I transcribed the version used here:

On the other hand, by the same authority, I declare to the impenitent and unbelieving, that so long as they continue in their impenitence, God has not forgiven their sins, and will assuredly visit their iniquities upon them if they turn not from their evil ways, and come to true repentance and faith in Christ, thereby ending the day of grace.

Thanks Ben AND Pastor Gary for finding the older rite. That would be a wake up call indeed and very sobering as you have mentioned.
