So Meedo- to clarify-
The Trinity- the belief that in the one Godhead there are Three Persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, these Three Persons being truly distinct one from another. Our creed “the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, and there is only one God.”
All three of these Persons in the one Godhead are the also the God of Abraham, Moses, Mohammad, Elijah and Jesus.
So your understanding of Christianity stating only Jesus is God is way off, obviously.
In overly simplistic terms-
What Muslims and Jews have is a God of justice and law. He is the creator, he is the law and he is justice.
We have that God as well, but our God has a counterpart- the God of mercy, compassion, charity and forgiveness which is Jesus and the wisdom and the unity of both in God the Holy Spirit.
This is what allows us to say that both Islam and Judaism worship the same God as we, in that you worship the God of justice, power, might and law.
But we say Islam and Judaism are unfulfilled religions as they reject the other two Persons in the God head which would give the fullness and truth of God. You put limits on God so to speak.
On judgement day we see God in his fullness, our eyes unfettered unblinded by sin, that sin being a complete lack of mercy, charity, forgiveness and compassion which comes through the sacrifice of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Because of Jesus, we can see God in all His glory. Without Jesus, we can only see part of Him.
