was that real !?? It looks like a woman’s head stuck on a grotesque man’s body

I’m pretty sure that that is not a male arm but I could be mistaken.

I really don’t think we need photos on this thread. Just saying.

I like a happy medium. If women are too ripped it looks kinda weird.

It’s a terrible objectification of the human body which is most definitely against the Catholic faith.

I don’t know which is worse 😂
Anyways
it’s kind of the opposite to feminine in my opinion. And I’m someone who loves hard physical work outdoors.

Like modeling, bodybuilding is part of a dangerous subculture that involves both medicine and food that is overall poor for the body. It’s great if you do it correctly but chances are, it won’t happen.

Oh, definitley.

However, the OP has still not clarified between fitness and bodybuilding, so I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Honestly, bodybuilding is really unhealthy. Have you spoken to actual coaches and medical health professionals? This is far more important than what guys think.
You can focus on having the healthiest, most fit temple for the Holy Spirit you can manage. This does not require that you have a body suitable to enter contests or win awards. The focus on having the body Jesus wants you to have will result in drawing whoever God has intended into your life.

Men are attracted to women who physically don’t fall too far out of the norm. A high degree of muscle mass in a female is not normal. To add to that, a woman needs to have no less than 15% to 20% body fat for her health. Bodybuilders are leaner than that and going below that 15 to 20 % really doesn’t look very good to most men.

OP, I am happy that you are wanting to change your lifestyle. But now I am very confused. 2-4 days ago you said you were “asexual.” Which you said in the post having to do with finding a good man. Why does it matter to you now to be found attractive by them?
Healthy is beautiful. Body, mind, and soul.

Julia Vins is undoubtedly taking testosterone. Just saying, it doesn’t look like only diet and exercise was involved

This is really sad, I think the first thing is to discenr throug prayer what God wants for you. Just because your look attracts a man, it doesn’t guarantee a happy relationship.

Perhaps try finding a sport and healthy diet you enjoy and spend less time focussing on the outcome

I’m just wondering in general are men attracted to women who are built?
Depends on the individual and what “built” means. Serious bodybuilders can look a little freakish in my opinion. Healthy, strong and trim might be a better target for physical improvement.

Just keep in mind, nurturing you soul is 100x more important than nurturing your body which one day will fade away to nothing but dry bones while your soul lives on forever and ever.

These are good catechism sections to keep in mind from the Catechism of the Catholic Church

Life and physical health are precious gifts entrusted to us by God. We must take reasonable care of them, taking into account the needs of others and the common good.

Concern for the health of its citizens requires that society help in the attainment of living-conditions that allow them to grow and reach maturity: food and clothing, housing, health care, basic education, employment, and social assistance.

It morality requires respect for the life of the body, it does not make it an absolute value. It rejects a neo-pagan notion that tends to promote the cult of the body, to sacrifice everything for it’s sake, to idolize physical perfection and success at sports. By its selective preference of the strong over the weak, such a conception can lead to the perversion of human relationships.
