I believe I’ve attained an accurate count on the “refraining in this thread”. Almost 1100, but many may not actually be “refraining”. I will attribute that to confusion caused by the many changes to the title, which at one point appears to have been - Come See the Bearded Lady and Friends. I mean, who could refrain from contributing to a thread like that?

Maybe someone else would be gracious enough to count on refraining in this thread as well, just to make sure.
 
Ok, I frained eight days ago. Now I’m refraining.

Please either add my name to the total or refrain from doing so at your discretion.

Unlike other masks that simply block the virus, the bacon mask actually attracts the virus, since bacon is verifiably irresistible. Scientists surmise that given the choice of bacon or infecting people, the virus always chooses the bacon, based on the principle of tastiness.

… And everybody was refraining at the same time. It’s unusual to find a thread here at CAF where all the posters are so fully in agreement with one another.
 
This thread is rigged. How else do you explain 1100+ posts and not a single refrainment? I demand a recount!
 
An anonymous friend told me about a blog post that alleged that some posters refrained twice! 😵
