Do narcissists have the ability to be aware that they are narcissists?

Seriously, they don’t, in my own personal experience of having some as family members, and then knowing some as acquaintances.

They have a very inflated sense of self. They have no sense of self-awareness at all, and they are unaware of how they come across to others.

To be pedantic, there is a narcissistic personality disorder but narcissism itself may not be a personality disorder.
