I don’t know what you are expecting here. You are practically begging for us to insult you and then when someone says something that could barely be construed as condescending or judgmental you jump on it like we told you you were the dirt on our shoes.

I will say it. I believe (just from your BEHAVIOR here, NOT your lifestyle) that you are not acting like a reasonable adult and are out looking for a fight, and we have probably disappointed you. I agree that perhaps at times I may look and or sound ignorant, i am aware that what I am saying may be at times hipocritical. I am also aware of the language in which I am speaking I have taken a university level english course in high school, the grammar is a result of furious typing, trying to respond.

I am pretty weak on Scripture, but I think David or whoever the psalmist might have been was trying to talk about God’s goodness & how evil & sin are so far below Him.

Are you familiar with The Divine Mercy & St. Maria Faustina? If not, if you are interested in Christianity, you would probably find it fascinating. It is all about God’s unimaginable mercy, with reminders of his justice, as well.

You see, Catholic come to Pagan forums to bother us, and even on the streets and at festivals. Pagans however rarely do the same to Catholics. I am preparing myself because I know that I will be confronted by a Catholic that seeks to condemn me. You however will very rarely if ever have to deal with another Pagan doing what I have just done. I hold no grudges and apologies for my earlier, ruder comments. I needed this is grow and so I will.

Yes, you’re absolutely right about that. Also, I think others can sometimes obtain it for you with their prayer & penance. But, yes, at least a small amount of humility is needed to recognize our Creator, & begin to turn to Him with trust & repentance.

Yes it is by Jesus and God you will enter Heaven, but If you dont know them, you can be saved by good deeds!
9)how come we address God as ‘He’? IT is an omnipotent, omniscent being, with no gender preference! IT also has no names but what we give IT!
10)also if youre a good person, you can unintentionally walk in the footsteps of jesus, making you like him, and therefore getting accepted into heaven without ever ACCEPTING Him.

I agree with a number of things you said. I’m so sorry you have had many medical issues. I’ve only had a few small ones & even those are difficult. I think you are exactly right that God allows some people to have medical problems & suffering to try & teach us compassion & tolerance. Also, I think our sufferings cause us to turn closer to God. Anyway, welcome.

I never said I that I could not choose. I choose Paganism after some research, I found that there are several paths, and several different directions in which to handle yourself as a Pagan, I choose mine, and have found my calling to be just and good.

So your like Britney Spears in that you can do and say anything you wish. You do and say things in order to shock people and get a reaction from them and then you judge them. You are not free you are in bondage to your carnal desires. You are in a prision of self deceit and bitterness. I know what you mean, but I guess everyone has different approaches & beliefs about how to help someone.

I agree that quoting the Bible to someone who does not believe in it will not make them change their minds. Of course, Pagan Fury wasn’t interested in having his mind changed today, which is OK. He is angry about things, but I’m sure he’s a good person. I f we met him in real life & sat next to him on the bus, we’d probably think he was a nice guy. He would probably be the 1st person to give up his seat to an elderly person.

I just hope he takes care of himself, because I think it’s rough out there, & hard to be a young person today. (I don’t mean young as an insult, that’s a good thing…)

It’s everybody’s place to help each other in our struggles with sin. True love/charity calls for this.

Sometimes that means saying something, sometimes not. It’s not always easy to tell what will help. But the Bible sure doesn’t say it’s never our place to point out what is sinful.

But you just did it.

You said I judge people when I say they commit a sin, and that that’s a sin.

But really, you did not sin by doing that, even though you may think you did.

If you think I sinned, and that by pointing it out to me, you might help me avoid sin in the future, then you are acting out of love.

If we say, “You are going to Hell,” we are judging.

If we say, “_________is a sin,” (and the Bible clearly says it is), then we’re not judging–we’re simply speaking the truth.

Can you show where the Bible says that saying something is sinful is necessarily a sin?
