Myself, I do not want to see Trump impeached.

I want to see him do a good job as president.

However, his behavior as president if very concerning and I pray that his ego doesn’t take over and cause him to do something very horrible.

There needs to be solid evidence of a crime.

Impeachment should NOT EVER be used because someone doesn’t like the President.

I would never want to see any President, even the worst President in US history, impeached without legitimate criminal charges.

Impeachment for political reasons will mark the end of our nation.

Agreed. I would love for Trump to leave office, but if he’s forcibly removed, I want it to be for legitimate, rock-solid reasons (crime), not ‘we just don’t like him’.

The rumors that the Democrats want to impeach President Trump have been out there since inauguration day.

My question to the liberals here is: What offense or crime has he committed you think is an impeachable offense?

Let me count the ways:

1 - Being in violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution from the moment he took the oath of office.

2 - Obstruction of Justice in firing FBI Director Comey in order to end the Russia investigation.

3 - Colluding with a foreign power to affect the outcome of a Federal election.

President trump is handling north Korea better than I could imagine. He is competently letting the best military minds advise him. Which is what he said he would do. It was his predecessor who was in over his head with foreign policy driven by passive ideology that has brought us to the brink of nuclear war.

Well, if that’s all it would take, Obama would have been impeached right off the bat, too. Please, this is just plain silly. Impeaching a president is a very serious matter for which very serious crimes would have to be committed. And even then it doesn’t mean a president would be forced out of office. Clinton was impeached for a far more serious offense than a few tweets, but he stayed put. Trump is not going to be impeached or driven from office for the terrible offense of having beaten Hillary for the presidency, which what many on both sides of the aisle are really upset about.

What Della said: A big, obnoxious mouth and lack of discreation is not impeachable offenses. All politicos-well, most- seem to lie. If you think back, only Jimmy Carter seemed to be honest and above the fray. Look where it got him. Peace.
