While the Obama administration did virtually nothing, except of course spy on the opposing party’ Campaign
About which Trump and his fans bitterly complain, even as they hyperbolize.
Obama also approached McConnell about this. McConnell refused to cooperate.
I agree with the suggestion that Obama did not do enough.

Being unable to travel back in time to correct that, the practical, relevant question is what to do know.

As far as the original title, I’d propose not to impeach, just fire him on Election Day. This administration has put us so far in debt our great-grandchildren will still be figuring out how to pay it back. Yes, the economy is booming, but we are all receiving borrowed money. No thanks. When my wife and I recently eliminated our personal debt, it was a game changer.

Do you really think it will be any different if one of the Dems wins? The national revenue has actually gone up in the last two years. But so has the spending. The tax cut wasn’t the problem, the spending was.

I know it won’t be different if things stay as-is. The sooner we get this man out of office the better.

Why? So a pro-abortionist can get the next Supreme Court appointment? So taxpayers will again be forced to pay for abortions in foreign countries? So the Little Sisters of the Poor are again forced to provide abortifacients to employees?

So ISIS gets to take over part of the Middle EAst again, perhaps? So we give Iran another $150 billion dollars? So we can return to bad trade deals that favor China over the U.S.?

So you and I can pay more taxes?

Why?

Oh, you mean like Clinton: “What difference – at this point, what difference does it make?"

We haven’t heard that too much over the last 2 1/2 years. It is important to bash Trump for non-collusion, but hey, when it comes to Obama, let’s put that in the past.

Some bipartisanship.

I think it’s so more people, particularly minorities, can be unemployed. After all , if you’re going to have a big central government, you have to have dependent people.

Irrelevant. No one is forced to have an abortion if they don’t want to. Unlike in China which practiced such events. Of course Trump would love to borrow that “experiment” from Xi, and become a lifelong dictator. And to call it a “joke” is nonsense. Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong Un, Xi J(name removed by moderator)ing and other bloodthirsty dictators are his bosom buddies. He said about Kim: “and we fell in LOVE”! If that is not scary, I don’t know what is.

What is important that Trump will not be able to undermine the Constitution. He will not be able to repeat “f*ck the law”. He is truly the enemy of the people.

He’s got another six years, so don’t hold your breath😏

VERY CLEVER, how you misquoted what he said to make your statement.
He said ‘forced to PAY for another’s abortion, or abortifacient’ He didn’t say anything close to “forced to have an abortion”

You must be at the Zen master level in the art of deflection.

If you look at SCOTUS rulings, the Obama Admin was far more unconstitutional, though Trump still has time to catch up.

This is projection. It is always progressives who push large central government and authoritarian control of individual lives.
Who wants government dictated health care?
Who wants central government control of schools?
Who wants the confiscation of the right to arms, limit speech, limit religious free exercise, mitigate due process?

Progressives

I recently had a conversation with Sen Bob Kerry who expressed shock at what he learned in briefings.
The problem is that Republican leadership is not responding to cyber threats for partisan advantage.
Bob Kerrey left the Senate in 2001. Why is he still getting briefings?

This quote was too good not to share

Wyoming Rancher Sums Up the Mueller Report in Language Every American Can Understand: “We know that old boy didn’t actually steal any horses, but he’s obviously guilty of trying to avoid being hanged for it.”

This is projection.
Not really. It is based on Trump’s actual words. When those words become too embarrassing, his followers try to declare them to be “jokes”, or not really meant to be taken verbatim, or maybe juvenile locker room “humor”. Trump’s problem is a loose mouth, the penchant to do ad-lib. And he has no self-control. Not to mention his overblown narcissistic ego… “I am a very stable genius”. 😉 I would love to see his school results. I suspect they were abysmal, that is why he wants to hide them.

The health care is a complicated issue. Prevention is better than a cure. To have a well-organized prevention based system is MUCH cheaper than the current one.
Who wants central government control of schools?
You have the right to perform home-schooling or (if you can afford) choose a private school.
Who wants the confiscation of the right to arms, limit speech, limit religious free exercise, mitigate due process?
That is sheer baloney.

The fact is that Trump is the enemy of the Constitution. He wants to have the executive branch to be beyond the overseeing power of Congress.

We have term limits so his tenure will end.Having said that I pray that another Trumpesque figure will step up and take the baton.Otherwise we are just kicking the can down the road.At this time there is no Republican status quo politician that has the courage to fight against the left the wayTrump is.

To blazes with words. Actions count. All of his actions put this pathetic notion to rest

It isn’t all that complicated. Start with government WILL mess it up. Go from there. And yes, preventative is very important.
That is sheer baloney.
The actions of the progressive movement bear all of this out. They’re out of the closet on confiscating gun rights (Swalwell and the nukes), due process ( see the House sit in in 2016), speech ( visit many college campuses), religious free exercise (don’t be a baker these days). I’m sure I’ve left some out.
The fact is that Trump is the enemy of the Constitution.
It was Obama that claimed his pen and phone. If Trump is an enemy of the Constitution, that make him a progressive Democrat.

We do have a preventative system right now. If people don’t follow it it’s not anyone’s problem but their own. We are HIGHLY focused on preventative medicine right now, doctors recommend screenings all the time.
