An Italian man who married without telling his bride he was impotent must pay damages for abusing her “right to sexuality”, a top court has ruled.

I mean, the marriage would be invalid in the eyes of the Church.

If he was dishonest and led her on, she probably lost a lot from committing to him. She probably does deserve some damages. Interesting case.
