And let’s remember the therapeutic effects of Diet Coke (loaded with sugar) and the "Hamberder "like junk food filled with fat… and the lack of exercise… (using a golf cart is not exercise).

I have a friend that is skinny that drinks diet coke. She has diabetes and doesn’t drink the ones with real sugar

I personally don’t think Diet Coke more than once or twice a week maximum is good for a person. Won’t get into why because we can’t talk about health/ medicine on the forum, but I drink mostly water, with some coffee and unsweetened tea. I’ve found that Diet Coke more than once in a while has negative effects me and that it does not help with weight loss for various reasons.

I thought that it was caffeine free… but what do I know? I don’t drink any of that stuff, neither Coke, nor Pepsi.
