In Search of a Particular Passage

I am looking for the passage which goes something like this: “I will make the way straight in Zion, so that the man who walks in it, even if he is a fool, will not stumble.”

I know that isn’t exactly the way it goes, but that is the gist of it.

It’s been driving me crazy for weeks! Can anyone help?

although it doesn’t say anything about fools… ?
