I am looking for the passage which goes something like this: “I will make the way straight in Zion, so that the man who walks in it, even if he is a fool, will not stumble.”

I know that isn’t exactly the way it goes, but that is the gist of it.

It’s been driving me crazy for weeks! Can anyone help? :o:confused:😊

Could it be this?
A highway will be there,
called the holy way;
No one unclean may pass over it,
nor fools go astray on it. (Isaiah 35:8 NAB)

or

Jeremiah 31
7 …the remnant of Israel.
8 Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall return thither.
9 They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: **I will cause them to walk **by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn

although it doesn’t say anything about fools…🤷 ?

Thank you both. The Isaiah one is it! I know the Jeremiah one isn’t it, but it is a beautiful passage. Thanks again!

(And if anyone has any other thoughts on a passage like this, please let me know. I’m collecting these now! 😛 )
