In the absence of a concept of truth, where does a system of deductive logic come from?

To work within a given system of deductive reasoning and deduce some conclusions, one begins with some assumptions. In other words, to apply a system of deductive reasoning, one needs to possess some statements that are known to be true or at least believed to be true.

However, where does a system of deductive reasoning come from? In order to create a reliable system of deductive reasoning, one needs a concept of truth. One needs to understand what it means to say that a statement is true, and one also needs to be able to recognize that some particular statements are true, and that some particular statements are false.
deductive reasoning must be based on objective reality to be assured that one has arrived to the truth. If it is based on subjective reality, reality as seen by the reasoner and not neccessarily based on objective reality but on what one imagines,or theorizes to be true will fail to arrive to the truth or never be certain of the truth. Even in logical systems, there are universal principles being applied to insure that the application of logic is proper logic, there is erroneous logic. Even in computers, either a switch is on or is off, a simple universal principle being applied, a switch can not be on, and off and the same time. Even in math the concept of one has no meaning if it has no objective connection to reality, one representing a singular unit, no matter what that unit is. We can give one a subjective meaning, but if it is to make any logical sense there is a true universal principle always being applied underlying the system. All our knowledge starts in the empirical world, known through the senses, and our thinking must be consistent with our real experience of this world, that is what makes our knowledge objective, and true. Truth comes from outside our minds, and by observation we become informed. These universal truths are found in our objective reality. And they proceed from God himself as their source.
