In your pro-life work, do you show people photos of aborted babies?

The photos of abortion are an excellent way to expose the TRUTH of abortion. I do indeed show them.

I was participating in one demonstration and as usual the police arrived. One officer thought he came up with a clever way to force us to stop. He was very professional about it and I think he wanted to quell the numerous complaints. I was defending our right to freedom of speech and he replied, quite confidently and sincerely “You are committing a crime - it is illegal to show pictures of a crime victim”. I said “Good point - when what happened to this poor baby is a crime, I will no longer show the pictures”. The officer shook his head in a defeated, yes gesture saying “Yeah - I get your point”.

The officer’s gut reaction to the posters was that this killing is wrong. He knows it, everyone knows it and that is why I show the pictures.

It is effective and easy to verbally engineer statements to convince people that abortion should be legal. The pictures are not so easy to explain away.

i admire you for your demonstrating… wish i could find a group to go do that with… i suppose i could if i worked at it… One time i tried and got nowehre… got discouraged…

i try to fight abortion by getting pepole to convert to Jesus, who (with the Father & Holy Spirit) alone can convict someone of the serious sin abortion is…

but i often feel i am not doing enough in that area either… Of course, no one can do “enough” when there is so much work to be done…

so if its a crime to show pictures of a crime victim and an aborted child is a crime victim (no If to it)… are protesters thrown in jail for showing the pictures?

i mean it seems that might not work to the pro-aborts advantage… cuz then theyd have to admit its a crime and if its a crime… why aren’t abortionists being arrested???
