Congratulations – and I agree with the others – beautiful name given to baby.

Congratulations!!! Welcome to the ā€œoutsideā€ world, Caroline! God bless!!!

Hooray! :extrahappy: I’m glad everything went so smoothly! Praise God! And such a beautiful name. 😃

Blessings upon your sweet baby! Thanks be to God for your smooth delivery and for your healthy baby girl!

So happy for you! Thanks kelfa for sharing with all of us! šŸ™‚

Hi all!

Thank you for the prayers!

Caroline Felicity was born at 9:46 pm, July 29th.

It was an easy delivery that was almost exactly the same as my middle baby.

Cervadil worked almost instantly, I had a smooth epidural and was ready to push about 8 hours later.
Literally 5 mins of pushing, I had her out in three pushes.

She’s an outstanding nurser so we’ve elected to do nursing for now since I’m comfortable doing that…maybe with a pump I can prolonged nursing a little longer.

She’s gorgeous!
!!! YAAAAY! I’m glad it went well, and I’m so so so glad you chose to nurse her for now! Congratulations!!!

In all seriousness…so am I.

I bought formula and bottles for her but just couldn’t go there…not yet, at least.

I figured I’d just see what kind of a nurser she was…and since I nursed my other two…it’s just way easier for me to handle.
Plus, I think nursing is far more convenient then formula. Just stick baby in carrier and feed instantly.

Plus, the lactation consultant told me our insurance covers pumps…so that problem is solved.
My old pump broke and they had discontinued the parts I needed to replace…and we just can’t afford a double electric pump right now.

This makes me tear of joy. I’m praying for your family.
