What about pure knowledge? I mean, you gotta wonder why using immortality to observe mankind’s growth isn’t a fully popularized concept. I mean that’s sure as heck what I’d do. And when you think about it, it’s really on the price of immortality that we start talking ethics. It tells you something about our religion that we never condemned the very possession of infinite earthly life.I suppose it’s the nature of the immortality I care about. At what cost? What exactly is it one plans to do with immortality? Just live a relatively comfortable lifestyle like the vampires in Twilight? Or just use the time to run away from the unknown, while pursuing a hedonistic lifestyle?
Jehnna: I suppose nothing hurts you.
Conan: Only pain.
