I agree.

I first read both of them, when I began to collect Lewis and Knox (inter alia), systematically, maybe 55 years ago. I still recommend them both.

Welcome! You are seeking, which is excellent. I would counsel you to examine the various religions. Weigh their content. Investigate their history. Look at their fruits - not the bad acts of individuals, or decisions made under vastly differing conditions in widely varying times, places and cultures - but the enduring fruits of that belief system.

One and only one possesses all truth that has been revealed to mankind, as well as a litany of good fruits. Others will come close - some very close, but after you have done your due diligence, and pondered with a sincere heart, one will stand out.
