I have been trying to remember what part the Bolling Ammenment played in the Iran Contra affair during Reagan administration
Somehow the Bolling Ammendment was added after bill was already signed by president stating it was illegal to sell arms to the Contras.
It was too late for president to veto bill, and this is what got Ollie North in trouble.
