No I hope not. To love someone is to seek for their goodness. If Ahmedinejad does have evil intentions to cause war then in the true spirit of Love we must fight that as that isn’t from God and God is the source of love.

Vatican II was about engaging the world. Iran is part of it. Any meeting should be without fanfare and behind closed doors. It wouldn’t hurt to have two strong Swiss Guards outside the door - and I don’t mean as colorguards!

Christians, whether they realize it or not, already find themselves in a war - not just daily but at every moment of our day.One of the tactics in war propaganda is to dehumanize those who are seen as the enemy. It makes going to war much more acceptable.
However, Christians should not be suckered into such tactics. Obviously there are many who haven’t been paying attention and have been fooled.
