In order for this to be a third class relic we would have to know if it had be touched to a 1st or second class relic, which you do not disclose.
Things that are blessed in general audiences in great number or in big lots in gift shops are not relics. They are a blessed sacramental.
Different. But completely fine and good to own.
A relic has to do with the saint DIRECTLY. As in part of the saint ( apiece of bone, a lock of hair, etc…for First class.)
Second class would be a something that was used by the Saint.
Third class is something that has been touched to either a first class or a second class.
