God is perfect, which means that he lacks nothing that is good. He does not lack power, as there his nothing He cannot do.He does not lack knowledge. And he cannot change, because if He could, he would not be perfect.

Impassive: ?? Do you mean that God is not subject to physical laws of occupied space?? (as Our Lord’s risen body was said to be impassible - that is, it could pass through walls.) If so, there is the instance of Jesus passing thru into the room where the apostles were gathered. But primarily, the fact that God is Spirit (John 4:24).
