As long as you are not in my husband’s class then sure, go ahead and hate the teacher!

…
I think what you feel more than anything is great hurt…and so would any of us considering what you describe.
You know, as you say you’re the one who most contributes to the class, do you think it’s possible that your teacher ignore your hand because he/she wants to encourage the less enthusiastic and less involved students, rather than sleighting you? This is the most likely reason, you know. It’s not against you, but in the hopeful intention of getting the others to contribute more…it may not happen, but the teacher has to give them that chance.
It’s very frustrating if you know the best response and have the knowledge, and it is hurtful to be overlooked…
Would you have the courage, and is your teacher of too abrupt a nature to be able to quietly tell that you are confused as to why you are often ignored when you put your hand up? But Love, I think you can be 99.9 percent sure it’s the reason I gave you.
It’s fantastic you are getting such great results! Your’re intelligent, and you work hard. Wonderful…so you don’t need all the help the other students need. You’re a self-starter. You will do well. The teacher is looking across at others who worry him/her, regarding their learning and their future.
About your feelings. Feelings are natural. It’s only when you let them become obsessive and let them cloud your life, and only when you wish evil or do evil or harm to anyone that your feelings turn into something sinful.
You have these uncomfortable feelings.
If you can’t handle your feelings and you feel you must speak to your teacher…and depending on his/her personality that could backfire or not…you don’t need to say you have contempt etc, only how it makes you feel, and ask ask if he/she can explain since it’s hurtful to you.
Wishing you the very best.
God grant you peace and success, and a life lived in His love!
