Like after the mass is over ask for a quick confession. Is this generally frowned upon?
The “general” sentiment doesn’t matter. What matters is what your confessor asks you to do. If he welcomes requests to hear confessions after Mass, then it is OK. He might ask you to come and confess prior to Mass, if at all possible; if so, try to do that. If he thinks it is better if you come at the scheduled time if it is possible, then do as he asks. If he thinks it better that you make an appointment, try to do that. Tell him what works for you but then do as he asks, as much as possible for you.Like after the mass is over ask for a quick confession. Is this generally frowned upon?
