Short answer, No.
Unless she gets her prior marriage annulled, I think you are flirting dangerously close with possible adultery.

Marriage is a sacred vow made for life. Jesus tells us we break those vows at our own peril.

IF she is taking steps to have her prior marriage annulled, then maybe… BUT I would wait until there was really signs that her marriage could be annulled.

I too am married to a non-Catholic and it does add a tremendous burden on our marriage. Things would have been so much simpler had I married within the faith. Sometimes it can be a very huge cause of contention.

Pro-Life vs Pro Choice is just the tip of the iceberg.

On the other hand, we’re all in different places in our journey of faith. It’s hard to find a Catholic mate with beliefs as strong and as orthodox as the ones you hold yourself. It’s not easy.

Well of course it is, I’m not Catholic, and I can assure you without I doubt only fewprotestant’s and a few Catholic’s I know are going to heaven. I don’t believe that should stop you from enjoying your life. Who knows, maybe you will become a Penecostal for all we know. It could be good for your spiritual needs. She could become a Catholic could be good for her.
