Is it Right for the Catholic Church to fund groups that attack the American Way of Life?

No. If you would read your Bible or attend Mass you would already know that this is a direct commandment from the God who made you.

Did God contact you directly and tell you that? Or did someone tell you that and you believe it? Or did you read it in a book?

Another armchair general whose never been in a battle. I read the original post. It’s about the Catholic Church helping to betray loyal Americans by helping (financing) foreign groups to effect local governments in the US to become havens for specific illegal immigrant groups.

What does any of that have to do with who deserves what when it isn’t in YOUR neighborhood? When what is happening isn’t effecting you in the slightest?

When did God say your definition of the American culture is the only right one? When did God say America was his country and that all others are inferior?

You pointed out that my location makes me an irrelevance. This is a fallacy as you wouldn’t bring up the issue if I agreed with you.

But your blind intolerance wouldn’t believe that I’m sure. What if I used deaths from your family to weigh up my argument? HUH?

I read it in The Book, of course. It is not like I was around 2000 years ago when Jesus said it, or heard Him follow it with the parable of The Good Samaritan.

No one here should show any respect for the comments made by one who looks to people’s profile, yet they themselves have nothing but an “NA” in theirs. Mr. Patriotic is ashamed to call America his home. Whether someone wants to reveal their information is up to them, but if they don’t, they are a hypocrit to use other’s information as an argument point. Since he showed up here guns ablazing yesterday about the time the OP went had an account come under review, there is another reason not to most his location.

And you presume I think it’s OK to fly into a rage about England.
Yes, the Brits did some horrible things, but I’m not gonna hold it against them now.

You let on as if America is 100% innocent in this. Ironic, seeing as the USA was founded on imperialism and invasion of anothers land.

But if America is this EVIL EMPIRE, why has the US been feeding those people for years. Why does most of our resources go south of our borders. Why does an ungrateful neighbor never seem to get enough aid?

It is more ‘polite’ to respond to another’s post then to their person-hood no matter where they hail from or to. Actually, some from the outside can lend a more ‘objective’ view then those in the ‘midst’ of the turmoil. As I see it, if I was stuck in quicksand, I’d like someone out of it that can toss a rope and pull me out… that may not happen if all are in the quicksand…

I didn’t say it is an EVIL EMPIRE. I said the lands were inhabited on possibly immoral grounds. But just cause something started off with an immoral action doesn’t make the whole thing immoral.
Ireland was founded by pagan celts who practised human sacrifices and fought naked.
Nations move on.
