Apparently, I am too old to handle a younger website. Thus, before this
website’s participants send me into outer space, I am leaving.

Each human person is worthy of profound respect.

The Catholic Church chose the data involving Adam and Eve as the population of
two original fully-human founders of the human species.

The idea of Original Sin must involve 2 persons only and it must be a
male/female procreation pair. If A and E involves tens of thousands of people,
then ALL of them must sin in order for the inheritance of the sin effect to be
able to past down the generations. As long as there are possibility of pockets
of non-sinners the idea of OS for all mankind cannot be true because not all
would have sinned the OS as per Paul. Occam’s Razor would point to 2 guilty
persons rather than thousands.

Nevertheless, the science of evolution can not exist. At best it is a theory
only because it is not a testable theory which makes it unscientific. How do you
test evolution? There are serious serious hurdles that is seemingly impossible
to overcome especially for macro-evolution. I am pro-science but I am not
pro-fraud nor pro-omission. It is shameful to do science deceitfully. It is
hypocritical of the pot to market non-science as real science by calling the
kettle black.

That knowledge and experience in your head is priceless and the loss of it on CAF is immeasurable. We need to help weak Catholics and hold the fort against Atheists and non-Christians.

Nevertheless, I wish you all the best. I myself because of personal commitments, can only pop in when time permits. By the way, age is merely an illusion. If your heart think you are still young, you are. I am already a granduncle but I never let technology overwhelm me. That would be an excuse J.

Currently, the new platform thing keeps rejecting me. Therefore, I have no
clue how the new thing looks and works. I cannot get near it. I am not sure why
I could reply to your post. And I am not sure that this reply will work.

However, a friend has suggested a possibility that should help me get over the
wall and on the thread. Also, I am hoping to get a new computer and that might
work.

Because a health issue needs my time, I have slowed down.

Thus, I appreciate your kind comments. Thank you.

Maybe the Holy Spirit is trying to tell me to keep going. There are people that
He wants me to reach. Please pray.

I have now reconsidered. It is very difficult to say no to the Holy
Spirit. Especially when He is a plumber. Someday, I will tell that
story. For now, I owe the Holy Spirit.

it is the wisdom of the Holy Spirit which guides us. It is the Holy Spirit
Who brings up the knowledge and experience laying between our
ears. We

need to ask the Holy Spirit and later thank Him. We can
talk with the Holy Spirit when shoveling snow or doing the dishes or siting in
our favorite chair with a cold one.

In chapter 14, Gospel of John, Jesus says (verse 16) "and

I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you
always." That promise is promised to us. We have the Holy Spirit
Advocate. He is our loving friend. Yes, friend. We do not neglect
our friends.

Wonderful news! Tells us the plumber bit when you get things sorted out.

I am not sure that my recent experience with a toilet is priceless.

Due to a colon issue, I am now a member of the population which needs to be near
a bathroom. I thank God that I do not have colon cancer.

My bedroom and bathroom are close to each other. However, this toilet is almost
as old as I am and currently it makes a funny sound following a proper flush. I
am sensitive to indoor floods due to water pipes breaking in a previous home.
Thus, I worry that the sound I hear may end in another indoor flood.

Then Friday night, I lay awake as the funny sound sang its sweet song. It seems
that this song had a hundred verses and I began to worry. My brain said do not
worry; but, my gut said I better get something to mop up future water. Finally,
I left my heavenly bed and checked the bathroom. Everything was fine and
eventually the funny sound stopped. Still I was in a worry mode.

Saturday is when my son comes to take me to a wonderful church for the Holy
Sacrifice of the Mass. Actually, all Catholic Churches are wonderful because
our Divine Good Shepherd is there present in the Holy Eucharist. Jesus did say
in Chapter 14, Gospel of John –- “ I will not leave you orphans, I will come
to you.”

I am getting ready to leave and naturally the toilet is used. There is the
proper flush and then the toilet begins its funny sound routine. And I begin to
worry about that sound taking up time because I want to be sure that this time
there will not be an indoor flood. My son is about five minutes away and I am
in a panic because the normal funny sound is way longer than five minutes.

Suddenly, there is the sound of quiet. The funny sound was gone. I do trust the
Holy Spirit. My first thought was that the Holy Spirit had stopped the sound so
I could go to Mass in peace. The Holy Spirit was my plumber. I did check His
work and the funny sound was gone.

Was there a very small miracle or was it a quirk? We all know that toilets are
unpredictable and that is why we have plumbers. Personally, I believe it was a
quirk. Still, the presence of the Holy Spirit is always with us. The Holy
Advocate does not take a lunch break.

I now see the Holy Spirit as a plumber waiting to help us in life. We are
familiar with His traditional seven Isaiah gifts, wisdom, understanding,
knowledge, counsel, piety, fortitude, and fear of the Lord. We need to add the
personal gifts or talents which the Holy Spirit brings to us as individuals.
Sometimes our talent is listening to someone else and we offer understanding.
Sometimes our gift is teaching a child how to tie his shoe laces. We will never
know on this planet where those shoes will take a child, maybe to teach others
as a priest.
