I see many people say that the Rosary is not about God because there are 10 Hail Mary but 1 Our Father.
Some protestants say the 15 promises of the Virgin Mary for those who pray the Holy Rosary are not biblical. Please help me answer the questions. Thank you very much.

actually if you will clearly decode Hail Mary you you will find each and every word glorifies God only with Mary…actually Hail Mary is in Bible only when it is what Gabriel angel and mother of john the baptist said…and combination of these two with prayer for protection by a pope and a saint

What is the purpose of the rosary? It is a meditative prayer. The Hail Mary’s that we pray serves as a backdrop while we meditate upon the gospel, the mystery for each decade.
The Hail Mary, or Angelic Salutation, comes from Luke 1:28.
When Mary visits Elizabeth, she tells how “all generations will call” her blessed.
It is Mary who intercedes at Cana. Jesus and his disciples are also invited to the wedding. Mary always points to her Son.
Saint John Paul II stressed that the rosary should always be seen as a path to contemplation. It is Marian in character, but Christ centered in its Mysteries. Mary brings us to Christ her Son as we pray the rosary with a slow lingering pace and unfolds his power so that we might grow in our understanding and knowledge of God.

We don’t worship Mary or any Saints. We only Worship God.

We venerate Mary as our greatest Saint and the mother of Jesus Christ. We venerate Saints.

I look at the Christ centred mysteries, and the fact that I get to say the name of Jesus most reverently at least fifty times during an average rosary not to mention the Glory be worshipping the Trinity and the Fatima prayer addressing Christ most tenderly, and I’ll be honest, I think those that say I am worshipping Mary just aren’t paying attention.

Where ignorance is bliss, 'tis folly to be wise. They make the mistake of applying mathematics or numerology (neither being a Christian practice) to a spiritual practice. Those poor folks know nothing of the ancient Christian faith. They know nothing of the Rosary or even its type of prayer - or its purpose. They are spiritually impoverished. I would feel sorry for them - pray a Rosary for them, actually.

And, time for you to bone up in the Rosary, as it is absolutely filled with spiritual and historical significance. Major Christian-Muslim battles were won by massive offering of the Rosary. Look up the Battle of Lepanto as just one example.

Can someone explain the difference between ‘worship’ and ‘veneration’? What exactly is worship?

Vatican on worship

CHAPTER ONE
“YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND”

ARTICLE 1
THE FIRST COMMANDMENT

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them or serve them.3
It is written: "You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve."4

I. “YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD AND HIM ONLY SHALL YOU SERVE”

We only love God and serve Him and worship Him. We have no Gods , only the one God.

We respect and venerate Saints as Holy people, they can intercede to God for us, they are venerated as role models.

We believe we taper part of the communion of Saints, this is the Body of the church and includes those Saints in Heaven, those souls in Purgatory and we on earth.

About God because of what God has done as in the scriptures:
  • Luke 1:28 "And coming to her, he said, “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you.”
  • Luke 1:41-42 "When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said, “Most blessed are you among women…”
  • Luke 1:42 “and blessed is the fruit of your womb.”
  • Holy Mary, Mother of God --Council of Ephesus in 431 AD proclaimed Mary Theotokos (God-bearer, i.e. mother of God).
  • Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. – James 5:16 “the fervent prayer of a righteous man is very powerful.”

As someone said, we honor Mary as the Mother of God - worshipping God along with her, while we honor her similarly to how we honor the saints, but on a higher level than the saint but still below God.

We worship God THROUGH Mary…“to Jesus through Mary”. She does not want us to worship her. She worships God along with us.

We also ask her for her intercession, as we do the saints…to please do us the favor of praying to God for us/ for our intention.

When we do litanies, for Jesus/ God we say “have mercy on us” because he is the judge and the grantor of mercy.
For Mary, and for all the saiints, we say “Pray for us”, as in pray to God for us.

It’s an important distinction and one that Protestants who whine about it do not understand and apparently don’t want to understand.

Tisbearself we worship
God alone. We worship and adore one God alone. we only Worship
God.

we do not worship Mary along with God.
we are not required to go to
Jesus through Mary. We can go Jesus
alone.

We do venerate Mary as the mother of God and as our spiritual mother. we can ask
Mary to brng us closer to Jesus.

but we can praise God with Mary and ask intercession through Mary …that means we can experience God…as she is the greatest example of obedience … through Mary…and as in OT ark of the covenant consisted God’s commandments i.e Word of God…in NT also womb of Mother Mary have Jesus i.e Word of God …Word became flesh…

As @Vico points out, that means that there are 11 recitations from Scripture, which is the Word of God.

How would that “not [be] about God”?

Worship is one of those unfortunate words which existed in the human realm, but then got forced into the purely deified realm by the Puritans (as did the word pray). It was common to call a respected privileged member of society “Your worship” without everyone getting out their pitchforks. The question is not whether one is worshiping Mary, the question is whether we actually understand the meaning of the word in the first place.

it’s not worshipping Mary. Worship (more properly termed adoration, as some old texts used “worship” simply as a word for respect, even towards kings) - is shown by offering sacrifice. We only offer the Sacrifice to God.
