Is Jesus Christ and the Roman Catholic Church the only way to salvation?

Here is what I John 2:22-23 say about this:
22 Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.
23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also.

They are not worshipping the same God as Christians do since they deny the Son as well as the Father.

You are taking this verse out of context, ja4. This is written for gnostics, who heard the Gospel, and believed that the flesh is evil, and that the Divine One would not take on human flesh. Most Muslims have never heard the gospel, and cannot be condemned for what they do not know. They are judged in the light of their own conscience. They only know the revelation of God as they received from Ishmael. however, this is the God of Abraham, and the God of Abraham is the God of the Jews, the Muslims, and the Christians.

Not so. Does the principle laid out in I John 2:22-23 i.e. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also… apply here? Of course it does. Many Musliums have heard the gospel and rejected it as Muslium organization that do know this and yet continue to reject and lie that Christ is not God and did not die for our sins. I’d encourage you to check out a few Muslium sites and see what they say about Christianity and Christ.

Same for the Jews, though.

How can we say that the Jews worship the same God that we do, but not the Muslims, since “Allah” and “YHVH” have way more in common with each other than either has with Jesus Christ. 🤷

No, ja4. They only know the God of Abraham. God did not reveal Himself as a Trinity in the time of Abraham, or even Moses, or even the Prophets. This did not happen until Jesus. They worship only what has been revealed to them.

We see this in Genesis 1:26 —Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Secondly, by the time Mohammed is born Christianity is already in the region and if i’m not mistaken he is already familar with christians.

Thirdly, such ignorance is not an excuse today. Islam is a well formed theological system that at its core rejects Christ.

What do Musliums mean by the word Allah? Is Allah described the same way the Scriptures (OT and NT) describe God?

We can see that because we know Christ. The Jews certainly don’t understand it that way.

Yes, he was. He also had a great many misunderstandings about Christianity, such as thinking that Mary was supposed to be a person of the Trinity. (Islam may well be the original anti-Catholic protestant religion.)

So is modern-day Judaism. Indeed, the only reason modern-day Judaism exists at all, separately from Christianity, is that they deliberately rejected Christ. Those Jews who accepted Christ are the original founders of our Catholic Church.

In that he is considered to be the Creator, that nothing exists apart from his will, that he is the final judge, etc., yes.

The other side of the coin, when we are bron again in Christ then we are also in the Chruch. As long as we remain in the body of Christ we are in the Church. We must remain in Christ to remain in the Church, so the answer is yes/no.

No Jesus no Church.
Yes with Jesus yes Church.
