This is basically what I feel to be true. But I also feel that Hell, if created prior to the fall, was probably done on the second day.If we follow the Genesis story chronologically, then we would have to assume that Lucifer and the angels fell prior to Adam and Eve because of the tree and the serpent. Truth is, Scriptures don’t really tell us and I don’t know if Tradition says either.

But wow, one insight leads to another in that the serpent, Lucifer/Satan, was in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve. Lucifer meaning “light-bearer” is also interesting in that Adam and Eve’s eyes were opened after eating the fruit of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
Moot points as they may be, studying the Holy Scriptures is a virtue in my estimation. But ignorant as I probably am, it’s important to be humble and open-minded here.
