Is the Seventh-day Adventist Church 'Christian'?

if SDA religion is Christian, why they are not allowed to eat Lobsters, pork, etc? i forgot what chapter when Jesus Christ said he clean already all food which old testament said some food not allowed to eat!..(sorry my english is not good)…thanks and have a good morning!!! 🙂

The SDA’s use the same method of “Bible Study” to conclude what Christians shouldn’t eat…
…As they do to conclude their creature Christ & only worship on Saturday Sabbath doctrine.
…Basically, they don’t get these teachings from Scripture they get them from Ellen Gould White ( who they accept as a super prophet ).

The SDA’s claim that for a long time everything “was perfect in heaven” and then ‘God’ held a special council…
…Where God sat creature Christ down in front of everyone in heaven.
…And invested creature Christ with power and authority.

This act by ‘God’, according to Ellen White really got Lucifer upset / angry because he didn’t want to bow before creature Christ…
…After all both Lucifer and Michael were “archangels”.

Ellen Claimed Lucifer wanted all along to “be like God” and when God made creature Christ “like God”…
…Well, that’s how they claim it all went down.🤷

I’ve known some very sincere Mormons, JW’s & SDA’s who despite being fooled into accepting maggoty theology…
…Practice the golden rule that comes through loud and clear in the Gospels.
…Myself, I have difficulty in branding these groups not Christian.

I have no problem in saying that their theology or teachings are spawned by Satan at worst…
…Or at best human ignorance and error.

We can absolutely take it to the bank that that SDA Church is NOT Trinitarian…
…Even though they practice a correct formula of Baptism.

Oh yes…I have the story online at one of their websites. Lucifer is not an archangel.

Indeed it is tough to say,if they are truly Christian or not. I do not consider Mormons and JWs as Christians. They merely ripped-off the title/label “Christians” as a blanket or cover as not to be “detected” by their unorthodox beliefs.

The difference between the SDA’s and those other groups you mentioned is…
…Mormons and JW’s openly admit they do not believe / accept the Trinity ( and they don’t ).
…While SDA’s claim they do believe in the Doctrine of the Trinity but they absolutely don’t.

Yes. That baffles me about SDA. They claim to believe in the Trinity bit they express something so different?

That’s odd, Ellen Gould White claimed Lucifer was an archangel, said it was a “fact”, etc…
…Then again most SDA’s who are not aware of that claim Lucifer wasn’t.
…Until they are presented with the cold hard facts Ellen White established he was.

I wasn’t aware that EGW wrote Isaiah.
