I know I’m late to the party, but in what universe is a smoothbore musket more accurate than an AR-15?
I did not intend to make it sound as if I thought a smoothbore musket is more accurate than an AR-15. But I will suggest that a rifled, long barreled rifle like a Civil War era Enfield Rife is, if both shooters are using iron sights. Now, an Enfield of that era was a cap-fired rifle, not a flintlock. But there wasn’t much difference in accuracy even so, just in the likelihood of the rifle firing.I know I’m late to the party, but in what universe is a smoothbore musket more accurate than an AR-15?
