Im not thinking about having any relations yet but to be sure is there any way to have safe sex?

Not quite sure why this is in the “Catholic News” category, but the one completely effective way to avoid pregnancy and STDs is abstinence.
 
A very good way not to get a girl pregnant is not to have sex with her.

“Safe” sex is within marriage when you have a committed partner to help you deal with the most common outcome (children). If you’re not ready to have kids, then you’re not ready to do the act that can result in the kids. Sorry to be so blunt, but that’s the truth. There is no birth control method that is 100% effective besides abstinence, and there is no method that is 100% effective in preventing disease transmission besides abstinence.
