That’s correct. As I posted, in the
concrete all human acts have specified circumstances and intent. All three, act, intent and circumstances must be good for an act to be judged good. If one only discloses the act then unless the act is inherently evil one cannot judge the morality of the act.
So the human act defined as:
Object of the act: Stick a needle into a child to introduce a chemical into its bloodstream.
Intent: Heal the child.
Circumstances: All necessary conditions and approvals are in place.
