Sorry I think you do not understand the implications. If you agree that the name YOGA was given in the Bhagavad Gita by Satan. I repeat: Why you want to have to do anything with that name?I reject the idea that one cannot take the name “Yoga” and practice it without an reference to its religious origin.
It is possible to do this for many people.
I feel an analogy to Greek mythology might be appropriate here.
Greek mythology was originally written as a paean to the gods.
Today, they are merely tales about fictional characters.
I allow my children to read and enjoy Greek mythology without any worries that this will lead them to worshipping false gods.
Just like I let them read fairy tales without fearing that they are going to be honoring fairies.
And I also know that sometimes, depending of the type or Yoga you are taking, there can be the meditation chant “OM” which also in the BG states that Satan gave it to Arjuna as the way to call on him!!!
Therefore, all breathing tecniques and positions have been very well thought so that you get united with this being that gave the Yoga practices, to become closer to him. NO THANKS!
As for Greek mythology is a thing of the past but Hinduism NO.
For the truth,
