Hi there, as far as I know, it would be permissible for a hebrew catholic to practice many jewish rituals and therefore receive the eucharist. May he even take part in non-christian rituals in synagogue without mortal sin and therefore being allowed to receive holy communion? However, what happens if a catholic also practices islam, but without believing in every islamic teaching, is it a mortal sin and therefore eucharist will be forbidden? how far a catholic may go without being forbidden from receiving eucharist? thank you for your answer!
