Where specifically does it say that Christ will destroy all the Islamic people and that they are all terrorists?
Nobody here has said that all Muslim’s are terrorist.
Christ will destroy Islam when He returns. To show you why I believe this would help if you knew a little about bible prophecy. Otherwise, I would have to post my entire book!

Islam is the religion of the beast of Revelation. The Protestant’s say that Papal Rome, Catholicism, and a dictator from the EU will emerge as the beast. ** I say it is Islam **and either the alliance mentioned in Ezekiel 38-38 or the alliance mentioned in Psalm 83 will become the ten horned beast (The coming 10 nation Islamic empire) whereas the two horned beast symbolizes Islam and it’s two major sects.

As time goes on, you may see my beliefs if I don’t get banned.
Even if I do, I predict Islam will fulfill all of the prophecies attributed to the final beast of Revelation. And the events to come should change your mind.

Hi

For your information, JesusChrist’s Second Coming in the form of PromisedMessiah 1838-1908 has already taken place. In my opinion, the way you are waiting, that is not going to materialize. For details, you may if you like, access:

Sorry Paars,
You know us Catholics do not agree with what you believe.
God Bless
Dolphy
Hi

Thank you. That is called free will. I don’t mind, at least we can understand one another’s view point.

Thanks

Yes i know its called free will, but im just pointing out to you that you will probably find most of us wont read it, as we have a different belief to you.

What Islamic Organization condemns the suicide/terrorist bombings of innocent Jews in Israel.

paarsurrey

why do you not become Catholic? You are quite intelligent and I think can have reasoning ability that Mohammed has promised nothing except violence for you and your people. Violence begets violence.
Mohammed led 38 military campaigns and is not founded on love your neighbor as yourself.

Tell me how many prayers does a moslem heve to say to get into heaven?

What has Mohammed promised you,

There is no where in the Koran that tells you how to get into Gods Kingdom.

Can you really believe that 21 virgins await a martyr. snd if they did what would one do with 21 virgins that is not aganist Gods Commandment of Adultery.

Do ou think sex has that much of a priority if at all in heaven?

Hi

Who knows , perhaps, I am already a Catholic?
I love Jesus and Mary and follow Jesus’ true teachings (if that makes one a Catholic) as stated by Quran/Islam/Muhammad, which are only peaceful in my opinion.

To know the true peaceful teachings of Islam, kindly access following small book written by the PromisedMessiah 1838-1908:

I’m waiting for all of the Grand Muftis, and Mullahs and Ayatollahs and Islamic Scholars of any consequence to go on Al Jazeera and tell the faithful, in their own languages:

-That to harm Jews is hateful to Allah, and is a serious sin.
-That to harm Christians is hateful to Allah, and is a serious sin.
-That anyone who kills another who converted FROM Islam will go to hell.
-That all suicide bombers who killed noncombatants are in hell.
-That the 911 assassins are in hell.
-That all civil disabilities of non-Muslims everywhere must be abolished.
-That all religions should be allowed to freely practice in Saudi Arabia and every other Muslim country, and that they will issue fatwas against the salvation of Muslims in any country where it is not allowed, until it is allowed.
-That to beat one’s wife is sinful, deserving of hell…
-That “honor killing” is sinful, deserving of hell.
-That killing homosexuals just because they are homosexuals is sinful, deserving of hell.
-That it is sinful to attend at any mosque where the preacher does not teach the same.
-That it is sinful to worship at Mecca unless one truly accepts the above in his heart, and that one who makes the pilgrimage but does not accept the above, is guilty of blasphemy against Allah.

And to repeat the performance, oh, let’s say bi-monthly until their followers accept it.

I would be impressed with that, and believe that Islam is a peaceful religion. It would likely take something like that to put an end to Islamic terrorism, and I’m sure they know it. Why, then, don’t they?
**Most of that is good for the Muslims to follow and also for the christians or for that matter any one and every one to follow. These are good words. But none of the above is found in the bible (as a specific lesson). Could you please quote those only from your bible, any of the above advisory words???

Otherwise it will be considered a wishful thinking of a person and not anything specific from any religion. Muslims here will be more interested in your original religious sermons. **

HOURIS
HOURIES
HUR’IN
Ar: haura, pl. hur
the virgins in Paradise to serve the faithful (men). They are described to be extremely beautiful.
About the Gardens of PARADISE it is said:
In them will be fair (Maidens), good, beautiful;-
… Maidens restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;-
… Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;-
Sura 55:70,72,74
According to Ibn Kathir (died 1373 CE ) in his Koranic commentary (Tafsir) of Surah Al-Rahman (55), verse 72:
“The Prophet Muhammad was heard saying: ‘The smallest reward for the people of paradise is an abode where there are 80,000 servants and 72 wives, over which stands a dome decorated with pearls, aquamarine, and ruby, as wide as the distance from Al-Jabiyyah [a Damascus suburb] to Sana’a [Yemen]’.”
For a detailed treatment, see the section The Muhammadan Paradise with its Huris in Tisdall’s The Original Sources of the Qur’an.
Some Muslims have recently argued that the Qur’an did not say explicitly that they are female, prefering instead to think of them as youths. A Muslim, on the other hand, stated on an internet discussion forum:
"How much more evidence is needed than that the adjectives and pronouns that refer to them are always feminine? And which Companion’s exegesis, male or female, or which hadith of the Prophet Peace be upon him allows us to think otherwise? I am afraid that when one makes such evidence inconclusive, then they might make other evidence of the nature of the life of the hereafter inconclusive also, as the Mutazila did with otherworldly pleasures and punishments, the Bridge, the Pond etc." (Fouadd Haddad) ad-Dukhan 44:54; at-Tur 52:20; ar-Rahman 55:72; al-Waqiah 56:22

Since the publication of Christoph Luxenberg’s controversial book on a Syriac background of many Quranic texts, the scholars are debating whether those houris may actually be refreshing white grapes instead of virgins provided for sexual pleasures.

by Walid from answering Islam.

They believe that they will be given not one mansion, but 72 mansions. The mansions will be inhabited by 72 black-eyed virgins (incorruptible.) Biblical parallel:

John 14:2: “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”

So next, we will examine the chief activities of those who go to heaven:

Koran, Sura 56, vs. 27-38, …what of those on the right hand? Among thornless lote-trees, and clustered plantains, and spreading shade, and water gushing, and fruit in plenty neither out of reach nor yet forbidden, and raised couches; Of a rare creation have we created the Houris (heavenly concubines), and we have made them ever virgins, dear to their spouses, of equal age with them, for the people of the right hand.

Verse 22 of the same Sura, And theirs shall be the Houris, with large dark eyes, like pearls hidden in their shells.

Sura 44, 51-54, But the pious shall be in a secure place, amid gardens and fountains, Clothed in silk and richest robes, facing one another: Thus shall it be: and we will wed them to the virgins with large dark eyes.

Al Hadis, Book 4, Chap. 42, no. 34, Ali reported that the Apostle of Allah said: ‘There is in Paradise a market, wherein there will be no buying or selling, but will consist of men and women. When a man will desire a beauty, he will have intercourse with them.’ Attested Tirmizi.

I gave this exactly as Haji Fazlul Maulana of Pakistan reported it in his version of the Hadith. Muhammed clearly implies that the men who go to Paradise will have a choice to have intercourse with either young men or young women. I did not say that-- Muhammed did.

Same Book and Chap. No. 36, Abu Syeed reported that the Messenger of Allah said: ‘…When a believer hopes for a child in paradise, his gestation and his birth and his growth will be in one hour as he will wish.’ Attested by Ibn Majah, Tirmizi.
Same Book and Chap. No. 23, Abu Sayeed reported that the Messenger of Allah said: ‘…For every man among them (in Paradise) there will be two wives, and over every wife, there will be seventy mantles through which the marrow of her leg will be seen.’ Attested by Tirmizi.

The appeal here is that the Muslim man in Paradise will be able to see virtually everything about a woman in Paradise. If he can see her bone marrow, he sure can see her naked body as well. The lust of the eyes is obvious, but I wonder if this is a blessing for the Muslim woman to contemplate? Muslim women in Paradise will be giving a perpetual strip show to the men.
Same Book and Chap. No. 652, Abu Sayeed reported the Messenger of Allah said: ‘…There will be seventy dresses over her, but his sight will penetrate through them till the marrow of her leg will be seen through them, and there will be over her caps, of which the meanest space will certainly shine on what will be between the east and the west.’ Attested by Ahmed.

This is nothing but the lust of the eyes. Muhammed had one thing on his mind when he thought of heaven-- naked women and eternal copulation. The clever wording of the end thought above sounds like a cryptic discussion of naked breasts. What sacred bliss to be able to peek at the ladies through their clothes! What does the Muslim woman have to look forward to in Paradise? In a word-- visual rape!

In the Muslim Paradise, the women will be raped forever, and the Mormon ladies in their heaven will be pregnant forever. This is not the only doctrine in which Muhammed and Joseph Smith have much in common.

Koran, Sura 43, vs. 69-71, (Regarding those) who have believed in our signs and became Muslims: Enter ye and your wives into Paradise, delighted. Dishes and bowls of gold shall go round unto them: there shall they enjoy whatever their souls desire, and whatever their eyes delight in…

Now I know just what it feels like to experience first-hand the ugly, non-sensical, irrational hatred of people that our country formerly experienced in the bigotry directed toward the African-American. Logic is not even considered, facts are not presented nor are they responded to, authority is not followed or considered, name-calling and worse falls upon people who disagree, only those people/ideas that conform with people experiencing hatred of others is considered. Very sad.

A few points from a “delusional” guy:

I am not defending all they do or say, I just point this out to rebut another fanatical statement that has no basis in fact.

Second, to judge the hearts of Muslims because they won’t stand on a street corner in a terrorist-infested territory is also very DELUSIONAL. Many wouldn’t do the same for anything you stand for, voluntarily.

Re: " Christ will destroy Islam when He returns. To show you why I believe this would help if you knew a little about bible prophecy." - you still have to prove it, that is rubbish. Christ will punish those who are sinners, whether they be Christian, Muslim, Jewish, atheist, or other. To turn this into a jihad against Muslims by Christ is just a fanatical statement, again without any backup.

“Islam is the religion of the beast of Revelation” - wow. Is there any respected theologian in the world that believes this? That is absolutely false.

Hi

Your reference does not mention of 21 virgins for a martyr and adultery.

Thanks

I agree, I was just getting back on to say that I am not going to reply to Special Ed any more because he’s clearly not interested in responding to points made in an open dialogue, it’s just a disruptive series of statements with no backup, which doesn’t let anyone conclude anything.

I might suggest Ed that if you really are Catholic and respect the teachings of the bishops and Pope, you might want to read the CDF’s latest Doctrinal Note (approved by the Pope), “On Some Aspects of Evangelization”. Near the end it says “…Catholics must enter into a **respectful **dialogue of **charity **and truth, a dialogue that is not only an exchange of ideas, but also of gifts…”

I really posted my OP to present information and get constructive comment. You seem incapable of that, but through the thread I have certainly received some corroboration of ideas, so thanks all for that. I really do pray that the moderates and those who have love and charity in their hearts will work together to eliminate murder and terrorism from the planet. .
In another post you claimed to know little about Islam so how can you know that your interpretation of it is correct? And why are you a Catholic, defending Islam anyway?

And as for the so-called “moderate” Muslims", this is what Barbara Stock has to say about them here.

"In the general population, Islam has a tendency to attract those in need of someone to tell them how to live their lives while assuring them that their lives will be better. It’s unfortunate that people don’t remember the old saying, “If something sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t true.” This is a perfect description of Islam. When convincing people to convert, only the loving side of Islam shows itself. It isn’t until it’s too late that people become aware of the dark side of Islam.

“Islam is a shell game. Assisted by the “if it bleeds, it leads” motto of the media, Islam is able to keep the world’s attention on the terrorist attacks while “peaceful Islam” quietly goes about the business of taking over entire countries and working its way into the fabric of the legal and governmental systems of others. American Muslims are now petitioning that the call to prayer be blasted over loud speakers five times a day in quiet neighborhoods and towns. This is Islam’s first step in using democracy to destroy democracy. Always on the move, the quiet side of Islam is every bit as dangerous as the terrorists. Their goals are the same, only the method varies.” Barbara Stock

Hi
**Bounties of the Next Life **

The PromisedMessiah 1835-1908 has explained about this spiritual phenomenon as to what the believers would get in next world from GodAllahYHWH; since that would be off the topic of this thread, I would give a little bit from him:

The state of man after death is not a new state, only his condition in this life is made manifest more clearly in the next life. Whatever is the true condition of a person with respect to his beliefs and actions, righteous or otherwise, in this life, it remains hidden inside him and its poison or its antidote affects his being covertly. In the life after death it will not be so; everything will manifest itself openly.

One experiences a specimen of it in a dream. The prevailing condition of the body of the sleeper makes itself manifest in his dream. When he is heading towards high fever he is apt to see fire and flames in his dream and if he is sickening for influenza or a Severe cold he is apt to find himself floating about in water. Thus whatever the body is heading for becomes visible in a dream. So one can understand that the same is the way of God with regard to the afterlife.

As a dream transmutes our spiritual condition into a physical form, the same will happen in the next life. Our actions and their consequences will be manifested physically in the next life, and whatever we carry hidden within us from this life will all be displayed openly on our countenances in the next life.

As a person observes diverse types of manifestations in his dreams but is not conscious that they are only manifestations, and deems them as realities, the same will happen in the next life. Through those manifestations God Will display a new power which is perfect. If we were not to call the conditions of the next life manifestations and were to say that they would be a new creation by Divine power, that would be perfectly correct.

God has said: No virtuous one knows what bliss is kept hidden from him, as a reward for that which he used to do (32:18). Thus God has described all those bounties as hidden, the like of which is not to be found in this world. It is obvious that the bounties of this world are not hidden from us and we are familiar with milk, pomegranates and grapes etc. Which we eat here.

This shows that the bounties of the next life are something else and have nothing in common with the bounties of this life, except the name. He who conceives of the conditions of paradise in the terms of the conditions of this life has not the least understanding of the Holy Quran.

In interpreting the verse that we have just Cited our lord and master, the Holy Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, has said that heaven and its bounties are such as no eye has seen, nor has any ear heard, nor have they been conceived by the mind of man; whereas we see the bounties of this world and hear of them and their thought also passes through our minds.

Now when God and His Messenger describe them as something Strange, we would depart altogether from the Holy Quran if we were to imagine that in heaven we shall be given the same milk which is obtained in this life from cows and buffaloes, as if herds of milch cattle would be kept in heaven and there will be numerous beehives in the trees of heaven from which angels will procure honey and pour it into streams.

Have these Concepts any relationship with the teaching that says that those bounties Have never been witnessed in this world, and that they illumine the souls and foster our understanding of God and provide spiritual nourishment ? They are described in physical terms but we are told that their source is the soul and its righteousness.

You accuse a lot of us about hate. Would you like to see the other side of the coin? See this article about a poem written by a Muslim woman who calls herself the “Lyric One” if you have the stomach for it. I couldn’t get through the whole thing. It’s all about how to behead “kaffirs”, you know, you and me and anyone who is not Muslim.

And this is how Islam treats those who have the courage to speak out against Muhammad and the Quran:

But being online does not mean being free of government restrictions. one blogger has himself been jailed for insulting Islam, defaming President Hosni Mubarak, and “spreading information disruptive of the public order”.
http://www.news.faithfreedom.org/gallery2/d/1448-1/AbdelKareem_001.jpg One blogger… and BBC couldn’t name him? He is in jail for speaking against violence, do you care at all BBC? Oh well, in Britain (and in fact everywhere in the free world nowadays) the media is free UNLESS it censors itself re. islam.

The blogger in question is our friend Abdel Kareem. Please visit his blog and write to him in jail, thank you.

Others face harassment and live in fear of arrest.

Actually, being Catholic, I am no expert on Islam, but I think this is also a generalization based on people’s interpretation from what I have read and tried to understand.

From what I have read, the Arabic word Jihad has a root verb: jahada, which in Arabic means exerting maximum efforts or striving. The theological connotation is striving for betterment. The other meanings are: endeavor, strain, exertion, diligence, fighting to defend one’s life, land and religion.

Jihad should not be confused with the term ‘Holy War"; the latter does not exist in Islamic terminology. There is no mention of a “holy war” in either the Quran or the Hadith (teachings of Prophet Muhammad) which are the primary sources of Islamic teachings. In fact the term holy war was introduced by the Crusades in their fighting against the Muslims to recaptured Jerusalem and the sacred “Holy Land” (1095-1291 AD).

So could someone use what is in the Quran to justify a terrorist-based Jihad? It seems so to me - but that’s an extremist terrorist position. Again, I think you have to look at the many organizations that do not support this view in either their thoughts or ACTIONS as some level of credible point to consider.

Isn’t this so like what happened in the US in 1941 when we locked up many American-Japanese in California after the bombing of Pearl Harbor… fear and uncertainty can bring out the worst in people, it’s part of the human condition. It’s a shame, but no religion or ethnicity has a monopoly on this behavior to be sure.
Funny, but in an article about why Islam forbids music it states:

Islamic scholars agree that, **jihad is the best form of worship in Islam, better than even pilgrimage to Mecca or hajj not to mention lower merits like prayer (namaz) or fasting (roza). **So Allah makes jihad compulsory for every able Muslim and says, **“Fighting against the kafirs is beyond one’s personal likings and dislikings as Allah has commanded to fight the pagans and all those who ascribe partners (shirk) with Allah” (Koran-2.216). “Go on fighting against them till the rule of Allah is not established (Koran-8.39). **”And In plain words, jihad means indiscriminate killing of kafirs, plundering their wealth, occupying their land and other properties by sword, fire and rape. **

Almighty Allah, to inspire the Muslims to participate in jihad, or wage war against the non-Muslim kafirs, has made war booty (or the property or wealth of the kafirs occupied by robbery and loot) legal for the jihadis. The non-Muslim women captured in jihad are also war booty and Allah has permitted every Muslim to have sex with non-Muslim women of any age or of any status. **So jihad stands for indiscriminate killing of non-Muslim kafirs, looting their properties, raping their women in front of their kins, chopping off their breasts, maiming the kafir males and chopping off their genitals, smashing their children on stones or cutting them into pieces in front of their parents, or in short, mounting any kind of extremely barbaric and beastly torture on kafirs. **

And it ends by stating:

But it is evident that a soft hearted man is utterly unsuitable for such barbaric and beastly acts and Islam forbids music because music, or pursuit of any form of art, softens one’s heart.

Here is how Islam makes inroads into our society. This article is from the Dhimmiwatch. archives for Dec.17, 2007 and how Muslims intimidate those of other faiths.

Minnesota community college’s interfaith “meditation room” is actually a mosque

And it’s a mosque full of Islamic supremacist literature – which in itself may explain why other religious groups don’t use the room anymore. “Normandale’s ‘meditation room’ is home to a single faith,” by Katherine Kersten in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune (thanks to Andrew Bostom):
Last week, I visited a Muslim place of worship. A schedule for Islam’s five daily prayers was posted at the entrance, near a sign requesting that shoes be removed. Inside, a barrier divided men’s and women’s prayer space, an arrow informed worshippers of the direction of Mecca, and literature urged women to cover their faces.

Sound like a mosque?
The place I’m describing is the “meditation room” at NormandaleCommunity College, a 9,200-student public institution in Bloomington.
Until recently, the room was the school’s only usable racquetball court. College administrators converted the court into a meditation room when construction forced closure of the previous meditation room.
A row of chest-high barriers splits the room into sex-segregated sections. In the smaller, enclosed area for women sits a pile of shawls and head-coverings. Literature titled “Hijaab [covering] and Modesty” was prominently placed there, instructing women on proper Islamic behavior.
They should cover their faces and stay at home, it said, and their speech should not “be such that it is heard.”
“Enter into Islaam completely and accept all the rulings of Islaam,” the tract read in part. “It should not be that you accept what entertains your desires and leave what opposes your desires; this is from the manners of the Jews.”
"[T]he Jews and the Christians" are described as “the enemies of Allaah’s religion.” The document adds: “Remember that you will never succeed while you follow these people.”

cont.

A poster on the room’s door advertised a local lecture on “marriage from an Islamic perspective,” with “useful tips for marital harmony from the Prophet’s … life.” Other fliers invited students to join the Normandale Islamic Forum, or participate in Ramadan celebrations.
One thing was missing from the meditation room: evidence of any faith but Islam. No Bible, no crucifix, no Torah.
Normandale’s administration is facilitating the room’s Islamization.
The college’s building crew erected the barrier separating men’s and women’s sections, according to Ralph Anderson, dean of student affairs. College officials also posted signs at the room’s entrance asking students to remove shoes – a Muslim custom before prayers. This was “basically a courtesy to Muslim students,” Anderson said.
students," Anderson said.
Despite the room’s Islamic atmosphere, Anderson says it “is open to everyone.”
Why is the meditation room segregated by sex? “Muslim students prefer that areas be divided into male and female,” he said. “Other students don’t care.”
Doesn’t sex-segregation present a constitutional problem in a public educational institution? “I don’t want to comment on that,” he said.
And the literature regarding Jews and Christians? “I would probably take it out if I knew it was in there,” said Anderson.

Normandale’s zealous effort to accommodate Muslim students is not new. Chad Lunaas, a former student who works at the college part time, cites examples.
Last year on Fridays, he says, he often entered the bathroom to find that “every sink and toilet stall had someone washing his feet.” Other students couldn’t use the bathroom at these times, and those who tried felt awkward.
Lunaas finally expressed his concerns to a Muslim student who “seemed to be in charge.”
"His attitude was, ‘We don’t have to listen to you, we can do whatever we want,’ " he said.

Confrontations also erupted in the sex-segregated meditation room, according to Lunaas. “Muslim students just took it over. They made people who were not of the Muslim religion feel very uncomfortable, especially if they were female.”
