ROME, JUNE 23, 2011 (Zenit.org).- Claims that the Church and Pope Pius XII failed to help Jews during World War II are simply false, says the Israeli ambassador to the Holy See, Mordechay Lewy.

This is something that should be known by more people but unfortunately the anti-Catholic’s will not even want to hear it.

If he is in possession of information that is unknown to others and would support his contention, then he should make these sources known to all. If he is expressing a personal opinion, it is incorrect for him to do so in his capacity as an official of the state of Israel.
