these are men who are sealed, are high priests, ordained unto the holy order of God, to administer the everlasting gospel; for they are they who are ordained out of every nation, kindred, tongue, and people by the angles to whom is given power over the nations of the earth, to bring as many as will come to the church of the Firstborn.

If they follow the Lamb wherever he goes (Rev. 14:3), then they will all be martyrs because that is where the Lamb went.

being a martyr won’t get you into heaven Claude, You must think you can. It won’t happen but if you want to be a martyr go for it, you will have your chance. But in the next life your eyes will be open, but to late. Salvation is promise to those who belong to his kingdom not the Kingdom hall but to the chosen, not the 144,000 alone but you stay where you are at. For in my fathers house are many kingdoms, were it not so I would of told you. You can belong to telestrial Kingdom. It is a place for just men and women like you. A place where you will be surrounded by like thinking people.

I don’t attend Kingdom Hall; I’m not a Jehovah’s Witness. I didn’t say that the 144,000 are a literal number nor that they are the only ones chosen. Rev. 7:8 shows they are not. In his Father’s house are many mansions. The mansions are certainly not earthly as he was returning to the Father to prepare a place for his followers. But if you think that those who die for witnessing to the word of God, who is Jesus, are not going to heaven, you are not as Biblically enlightened as you claim. See Rev. 6:9-11 and 17:6
 
There is much discussion about the 144,000 teaching. I was raised JW so I would like to help. Revelation is not the only source of this teaching. Please take a moment to read (2 peter 3:5-10)

The Jw use this to teach that this earth will never be destroyed as verse 10 indicates. Because The flood of noahs day was to destroy the wicked not the earth, likewise Jw believe that the destruction mentioned in verse 10 is to destroy the wicked and not the earth.
So it is hard for Jw to believe that Gods plan for the earth has changed. So they think God will only restore the earth to a beautifull paradise for us to live on, and 144,000 will rule over the earth.
To change this thinking the scripture I mentioned must be explained. Also (Isaiah 45:18) must be explained.
Rvelation is only part of where the Idea comes from.

Well, how can that be, if their souls are below the altar and the altar is in heaven before the throne of God? Rev. 8:1-3
 
ALL OF YOU!!! Please simply go out and purchase a copy of Jason Evert’s book Answering Jehova’s Witnesses. It will give you the clear history of that false faith as well as all the mistakes and contradictions they make in spreading their false word by using their own publications such as Awake and The Watchtower. They also point out in true scripture (not in the severely doctored NWT) the severe lack of general scripture knowledge they have. I wish them well and pray for them but goodness, I can’t believe Jehovaswitnesses actually said Catholic only dates back to the 8th century. OUR church began with St. Peter the Apostle, who basically got his marching orders to grow the church from Jesus Christ. The saying is true: if you don’t know history, you know NOTHING. You’re like a dead leaf not knowing you’re part of a tree.

thanks for reading, 5, you say, I would love to see one train of thought myself on this forum, I am just trying to get some thoughts moving. You all seem to have answers that make no sense, and I am sure that you must look at me the same. So I will put to you this question, sense you profess you have a knowledge of the scripture, I am not interested in who is right, I am interested in what is right, do you understand that, lets not twist what i am writing, to satisfy what you think I said and what religion I may belong to. Question ARE YOU TEACHABLE? Or are you cemented in the traditions of your fathers, as the Jews were, where upon Christ could not teach them. Do you look at the religions of today and say today I am Catholic tomorrow I will be Jewish. When death comes upon you will you say, What if, everything I believed in all my life was wrong.
The Jews went to there death, knowing in their hearts that Christ was a false Prophet. They knew it as you know your church is the only truth church, but is it teachings true, again I put this question to you… Are you teachable???

Jesus never said I had to die for him or be murder, to be with him, He said you must be Baptize, maybe it is you who does not understand the scriptures, In Rev. it talks about those who will be beheaded, will be on his right side, but those are his saints the true follower of Christ and his teachings, you have been playing this song for sometime, why don’t you show your true self and get on something a little more exciting, It would make you healthier. Being nail to the cross is not my thing.
