Incisors and canines are for meat, molars for vegtation. We are neither carnivores nor herbivores. We are omnivores.
CCC 2417 God entrusted animals to the stewardship of those whom he created in his own image. Hence it is legitimate to use animals for food and clothing. They may be domesticated to help man in his work and leisure. Medical and scientific experimentation on animals is a morally acceptable practice if it remains within reasonable limits and contributes to caring for or saving human lives. We have molars for grinding. Your teeth are not like a dog or cat for ripping flesh.
Genesis 1:29 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
I didn’t say anything about Jesus.
I was trying to remember what those teeth were called. Our incisors work well on fruit and fish as well–not just meat.Incisors and canines are for meat,
THey were right. We are not beholden to the dietary laws of the Old Testament. When he told them that God said it was unclean they laughed and poo-pooed.
Then my dad’s boss who was a chemical engineer told them about a project he had done at school on the internal workings of a pig. When he got done they decided to eat somewhere else.THey were right. We are not beholden to the dietary laws of the Old Testament.
There’s a few problems with this approach:Second that is why you cook everything well done
What’s the title of this thread? “Jesus didn’t say eat pork”. I don’t think you were the OP, but my edit was an after thought…hence the word EDIT.We have molars for grinding. Your teeth are not like a dog or cat for ripping flesh.

I’m not sure why you’re giving me a confused face, but I’d appreciate it if you have something to say to me that you would just say it.nicolep: :ehh:.
May I say something?I’m not sure why you’re giving me a confused face, but I’d appreciate it if you have something to say to me that you would just say it.
Ah! That’s where you got it from! What’s the title of this thread? “Jesus didn’t say eat pork”. I don’t think you were the OP, but my edit was an after thought…hence the word EDIT.
LOL! Thanks for the hug.juno24: forth, :console:.
In general, I felt a little disturbed when I read that professor somehow giving credit to the Jewish and Islam religions for prohibiting that, as if Christianity allows it, that is why I have started this thread.

Later on in the chapter after Peter had the vision he showed that he was not to consider Gentiles as unclean.Peter received a vision from God specifically showing him that ALL things are clean, and therefore are acceptable to eat.
If pork harms the human body, then shouldn’t people stop eating it, please read this scientific article:

Well, they aren’t null and void and I’m not telling you what to eat–God is.The dietary laws are null and void, so stop telling me what to eat.
There are other videos that show that it isn’t so. Secondly, most of the worms are too small to be seen by the naked eye.Originally Posted by Sam_777

Don’t really know why you bring this subject, Sam. Do you want to justify Jewish and Islamic laws?If pork harms the human body, then shouldn’t people stop eating it, please read this scientific article:

What part of ‘there is nothing that enters a man’s mouth that makes him unclean’ do you not understand? It’s clear enough - the food we eat does not make us unclean as the food the Jews ate did to them. It no longer makes us unclean because, as God said to Peter in Acts 10, he has CLEANSED it. Therefore it is NO LONGER unclean (that’s what ‘cleansed’ means - and that word is used in numerous Bible translations), and we can eat.Well, they aren’t null and void and I’m not telling you what to eat–God is.
Have you been to a feed mill and seen the large cans of Drano yet?
